We have rated Starbucks many times and many stores.They provide Excellent Service and Quality Coffee with ONLY ONE EXCEPTION..the store on Western Center just West of I-35W. Their "Customer Service" doesn't exist. They can't get the orders correct, even a Mobile order that only has to be READ to get it right. We will NEVER USE that store again.However, ENJOY the other stores at your convenience!!You won't be disappointed.
I really wanted some espresso on my way back home and knew I’d need a few shots to help me while I’m waiting in Spring Break/weekend traffic. So I stopped at this location.I noticed there was a line wrapped back to the menu board but decided to just stick it out. It was about 20 minutes of a wait even though I had placed a mobile order.
