They’re very friendly and helpful but they are extremely slow. Inside and through the drive through they don’t really go very quickly

It's Starbucks. The McDonalds of coffee houses. The staff is nice and friendly. The drinks are what you expect. Just a little pricey so it's an occasional treat.

This Starbucks is the nearest to my house so I go out of my way to drive all the way to the Starbucks locate Golden triangle or North Tarrant I’m talking about 10-15 minutes away just to avoid this location Because they either always always always always make the drink wrong and I have to go back in there and it’s an inconvenience or just throw my 8 dollar drink away and get pissed , so today being Easter and I just got off work I thought I would come and come treat my self , thinkingPositive that they will not mess up my drink ,I am someone who has to have soy and they never put soy or they miss the vanilla or they add too much milk to the latte in the whole drink is just plain white which is gross so this is my green tea Latte with soy and lavender foam ( by the way they kissed the soy AGAIN) the picture says itself thanks a lot Starbucks in beach for disappointing me yet again where is the lavender cold foam? Do they mix it up here!? For those who spend $80 and more a week on Starbucks know my frustration

I have been ordering Nitro Cold brew with a pump of olive oil multiple times a day everyday since they came out with it! Today I was REFUSED this. The manager told me they are NOT ALLOWED to put a pump of oil in my nitro cold brew bc it messes up the integrity of the drink! Like what?!! That would mean that any drink that has any kind of substitutions would be messing with the integrity of the drink. They said they would shake it in and put ice in it. I never ever get ice in it and never have it shaken! They always charge the $1.25 for the "pressed Partanna", literally they pump it into my cup! I was refused this today! I called corporate and made a complaint. So when I order my iced matcha tea latte with oat milk instead of regular milk, how does that not cause an issue since it's changing up the recipe?! Makes no sense to me! The manager Down right looked me in my face, smirked, said "'NOPE, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT OIL IN YOUR NITRO COLD BREW" and walked off.I'm dumbfounded bc literally every location puts it in my coffee when I ask! Corporate.....please specify the "rules" and if your employees have just been breaking the rules for over a year now when they make my coffee how I ask.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!I am so disgusted. I went in today to get a venti latte (important to note that is all I got). They asked me for the card to pay and took it inside instead of letting me pay myself. Turns out the reason why is so they could leave themselves a tip without ever telling me. THEY LEFT THEMSELVES A TIP THAT COST MORE THEN THE SINGLE DRINK I ORDERED. I only learned out after I checked my card statements and realized they charged almost $15 for 1 latte. And turns out this isn’t the first time, I usually get a drink every Friday and it looks like they’ve been doing the same thing for a couple times while increasing how much they leave themselves as a tip. ONLY GO HERE IF YOUR OKAY WITH BEING ROBBED.

This is the closest drive thru coffee spot from our house, we've lived there going on four years now and this place has been consistently terrible... time and time again we hope it’s changed, gotten a new crew and could get a decent drink and order correct. Never. Not once. I ordered a French vanilla shaken espresso (vanilla and hazelnut syrup) they even asked and confirm no classic? Full pumps of both the vanilla and hazelnut ? I was hopeful. We had a doctor’s appointment to get to so we got our things and drove away; Sadly they forgot to add the syrup all together and so I was left with a bitter shaken espresso to choke down. We called and explained what happened and they apologized and said we could come back today or tomorrow to make it up and left our name. The following day we tried again. Pulled to the drive thru, inquired about our drink remake and ordered a 2nd separate drink, they remembered this incident and rang us up and said pull forward, tried to charge us for both without any explanation that they were having issues removing the remake drink and hoped we didn’t notice?? Then finally fixed it, handed us the remake and it was made the exact way it was made yesterday INCORRECTLY. I told them there is no flavor just espresso and milk and they disagreed, told us to stir it up more, they could give us a straw to help but the syrup is in there. After my fourth try and saying no it’s not right I’ve stirred it all up they realized they had given the complete wrong persons drink to us, labeled for Kayla. So try three they whip up my drink… which tasted like they just dumped an entire bottle of hazelnut in there and completely undrinkable. I have worked for Starbucks and many food industries I know it gets frustrating, busy and people can be unnecessarily rude but this was just complete lack of effort, care and attention. We were the first and only car until we pulled to the window and cars started to form a line behind, it took over 10 minutes to even have them hand us a drink that was overcharged, wrong and another vehicles order all together. This store should be completely restaffed and retrained, it is an absolute joke.

Went inside, two people working didn’t even acknowledge our presence. We waited five minutes and ended up just walking out. No other customers inside. They never looked at us. Just filled pickup orders, talked to each other and worked the drive-through.

The store is empty with 5 barista..I am the only customer in line they are talking to each other but not serious to take an order..then once I order I had to sit 5 min to get a regular coffee even there were no orders in front of him...

Mostly empty inside yet still took 25 minutes for one drink. The server didn't even ask for a name and had to keep checking the drinks made and placed on the counter to see if it might be mine. Don't know who all the drinks were for as no one came to get them but still had to wait for mine and only got it after I asked and then it was made in 2 minutes. It was meh at best. Were they only serving drive thru? Were they making drinks for orders called in yet no one picking up? Terrible management to ignore the couple of customers inside and waiting and waiting and waiting. It's just typical of everything today. Never coming here... and never tipping anyone at Starbucks again until AFTER I get the drink. Remember TIPS stand for "To Insure Proper Service" If you were taught that then you shouldn't be asking for a tip AHEAD of the service.
