I believe in giving good reviews too! Thank you Christian (sorry if I didn't spell it correctly). He gave the BEST customer service. It was raining hard outside and late but he took his time, was very personable made me feel valued as a customer.

They do not put the right amount of meat on your sandwich. I order 2 footlong roast beef sandwich's and only put on 3 side of meat on each sandwich. They're supposed to be 8 slices of me on each sandwich. I looked up on subway to see how many slice your supposed to have. I went back and confronted the woman behind the counter that makes the sandwiches. She just laughs at you. She say that the manager told that. I will be calling headquarters to complain about what they are doing and make shore this doesn't happen again.

The guy working today was rude! He kept leaving and saying y'all were closed and had to be rude about it. Then I heard 3 complaints about the same thing an hour later. The normal lady is fantastic and really nice.

The old dude that was there today 7-3-21 around 3pm is so nasty. He sometimes has gloves and mask on, sometimes not. Worst he talks all day mask down while filling orders.

Accidentally ordered at this subway which is inside the hospital it said it closed at 9:00pm and I arrived at 8;35 to pick up my food which was paid for already!!! Only to find it closed !!! I got charged and got no food ! They couldve cancelled my order if anything but no !

I use to stop here when I del.blood,but not as of lately. No Ms.Libby no good service. I've had others here make my sandwiches non as good as Ms.Libby service is very slow now to conversational.
This was the closest of 2 stores near my work. It was a real pain to locate as it is actually inside the medical center cafeteria and I had to drive around the block several times to find parking that wasn't 2 blocks away or more. I found no information that it was inside the medical center. When I did find it and get inside there was a line of 3 people and a sign that says "back in 10 minutes." Come to find out there was only 1 person working and they had gone to the rest room. The people ahead of me said they had been there for almost 15 minutes. When the person finally got back after approximately 25 minutes I told the woman at the counter I was just picking up an order done online and already paid for. The app noted the order would be ready at 2:20 and it was now 2:45 but the woman told me "I didn't know there was an online order so it's not ready". WHAT?!?!? I had to go back to work and since what should have taken maybe 20 minutes to get to subway, get my order, and get back to work, took me 45 minutes I was late getting back to work. I asked for a refund and she had to call someone to tell her how!?!? The counter and whole front area were a mess! Food all over the counters where it had been dropped and just left, the floors were nearly as bad as the counter, and cardboard boxes of stuff...a delivery I assumed...stacked on top of each other nearly as tall as I am at 5'10 and looking like it would topple any minute. There was just a bunch of clutter everywhere with utensils and containers everywhere. This time of day may be slower than at noon or at dinner time but clearly there should have been more than one person there until the place was straightened up after the lunch run. A very disappointing visit. I will not be back to this location.

Subway your deli food chain. This is located inside Plaza Medical center of Fort Worth's cafeteria. It has the same hours as the food chain. But great for employees and visitors of the hospital do to cafeteria closes but Subway stays open. Great staff and foods good to. And for employees or visitors, download the subway app to place order, pay and pick up your order.
