This is probably the best Taco Bell in Tarrant County! Im not joking! The parking lot its immaculately clean. There's no words to describe how clean and organized its this place. I visit them almost every week. And I haven't seen not a single napkin in the floor in 3 years. Tables are always clean and organized. And lets talk about the restrooms!!! You can probably sit down and eat your meals there. Not a single time I have found the restrooms smelling funky. Im embarrassed to say, their restrooms are cleaner than my own restroom in my apartment. Shout out to JUANA the short lady with glasses and grey hair, always so kind. Also thanks to the manager is great 😃👍.
Shout out to Jose (great individual), the night staff and the morning staff. So respectfull and profesional. I can go on and on praising this group of employees .

Food is simply great! Always at the right temperature.

Oh and the music is simply great. If you think Taco Bell os a mediocre store, its because you haven't visited this one yet.

Theres no employee of the month here, this is the store of the year. I have told them several times, that other stores should follow thei example.

“I stopped at this location because it was on my way home and let me tell you, the food was fresh and on point. Customer service was amazing. The local taco bell by my house could never. The shift @2pm on 2/26/25 nailed it! You guys are GREAT!“

“Well I just want to give a compliment to the young lady working the drive thru today. I didn't catch her name(sad day) but she was great. I pulled up and she had a pleasant voice! And after I told her I need a few minutes to decide what I needed she told me if I needed help or had questions to ask and she'd be happy to assist. Honestly I don't think or can recall ever having someone say that to me in the Tacobell drive thru. I ordered my food and when I pulled up she was still pleasant and sweet as can be. “I didn't go in, so I don't know about the atmosphere, but everything else was top-notch. Those guys deserve a raise tonight, 01/02/26. And I work in the hospitality industry. Thanks, guys. I went there tonight, and Kendrick was my server at the windows. He was amazing, and his customer service was a homerun. I will definitely have to make it over again to leave him a tip. Whoever made my food tonight deserves a raise or should be a manager. The whole team was on point. My Taco Bell order hasn’t tasted this fresh or high-quality in the five years I’ve been eating here. This was the best it’s ever been.“

“The food was very good and the employees were very nice. The only issue I had was when I needed to go in the restroom there was no one available to open it for me. I actually shouted several times before someone heard me because they were all in the back on their phones. I know young people are glued to their phones but this was a business.“

“Food was good and fast. It was only us and 2 other people. Only thing I didn't like was one of the cashiers was being super nosey pretending to be cleaning but, listening in on what we were talking about and then quite a bit of homeless people started coming in kinda ruining our experience“

“We had a terrible experience where we had to ask for a refund at a different fast food place and my grandson asked for Taco Bell instead . We ran over to this one and I can’t even begin to tell you how nice the young man running the drive-through was and his helper as well. “Elijah, Smiley, and the crew were very helpful during a late midnight shift. Even though I should’ve checked my order beforehand and realized something was missing later, they still received me with a lot of kindness, patience, and understanding.

The food is always good, quick service even when they're in the middle of a rush. Not to mention the fact that I can always get plenty of food on a high schoolers budget.“

“This is the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that consistently gets my typically very complicated order correct (and 9 times out of 10 it’s fresh). The staff are always nice and accommodating. Today Lindsay and the morning crew helped me out when my app malfunctioned and placed an incorrect order. There was no irritation and they fixed up my order no problem. “It was close to 10 pm but there was a car ahead of me. The drive thru staff was quick, listed to my order, and provided decent tasting, hot food fast. It was the first time I didn't use my app for the deals so I was a little sticker shocked at the $30 ish price tag for three people, however it was above average fast food taste and exactly what we ordered.“
