Went up to order some food at the front counter inside, someone in the back let some other employees know I was waiting for someone to take my order and they looked at me, laughed, and then went back to doing what they were doing without acknowledging me at all.If you don't care about your customers at all you probably don't care about the food either. Definitely not coming to this location again.
Instead of driving through, I decided to walk in. As I walk through the doors to enter the establishment, one of the employees was outside smoking a cigarette and doing some kind of deal with the guy in a dark compact car and handing some kind of package to the guy that was flipping burgers.

My daughter made a mobile order and paid for it so we drove 15 minutes to pick it up, but they didn't have 2 of the items. I asked cashier how is it gonna be reflected on her card and she said it's done thru the mobile app but clearly that's not possible. Big shout-out to the GM Carl. He was so gracious and friendly to us. Told us to check in 2 days to make sure difference is returned and even gave me his cell # to call him if it hasn't.
