“During this Covid-19 pandemic, I sure do wish that Kroger would more strongly encourage the wearing of masks, as do HEB and Costco do. I have felt more comfortable going into Costco and HEB the past several days because they do either encourage masks (HEB) and Costco, which requires. I know there is a difference that Costco is a membership organization and both HEB and Kroger are for everyone. Seems that mostly those who don't wear masks are younger and those who wear masks are older. Masks are suggested to protect others rather than yourself.“

“Omg! The kolaches were so yummy! My children had the sausage & cheese, I had the strawberry. The bread was so soft and it’s the perfect ratio of bread to strawberries. The owners are the absolute sweetest and their team was PHENOMENAL! Yummy!“

“Highly recommend this home bakery if you need a cake for a special occasion. We had a gender reveal cake and it was beautiful and delicious. Ijeoma was able to replicate a picture we sent her to the smallest detail. I thought the prices were very reasonable given the quality of service. Ijeoma even delivered the cake home for a very reasonable fee. Thank you very much!!“

When I mentioned that I really liked it because it wasn't too sweet, the super friendly owner Ilia explained that she is making products with natural sweeteners that are appropriate for people with diabetes. “As of 10.25.23, they have moved back to home based business. Still glad they are still operating. The store's physical location is no longer. Previous review when they were at the physical location: I have to come back for more bread next time. Friendly service. Has a couple of sitting areas inside and outside. It's next to the Dentist office. They are having trouble with not being allowed for the big sign to be put up so you do have to look for it.“

“Recently placed order for 78 cupcakes and 6inch cake for galaxy themed birthday. I sent her photos of what I wanted and she was able to fully replicate the design. The mirror glaze on the cake and the buttercream on the cupcakes were beautifully crafted and skillfully made. The taste, texture, and consistency of the flavors were phenomenal. Extremely impressed. Guest were very happy. She was very professional to work with. She was extremely kind. Everything was packaged nicely. And online payment was very easy. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely order from her for my next event!“

“super sweet and nice employees, especially the woman who works there. some of my favorite customer service i’ve had in pearland, i come here every thursday and i love it as part of my routine. chocolate donuts are good, kolaches are the best i’ve had in pearland so far. only downside is a $5 minimum for cards so bring cash if you need to ! :)“

“Love the ube crinkles! It's the first bakery in the US where we saw a buko pie being sold, we got really excited but then it's sold out. We were offered a different but maybe almost similar item. We will definitely come back to try the buko pie next time.“

“I was on my way to work one morning and wanted to stop in to visit Bakery Donuts. I have always passed by the shop all this time but never had a chance to give them a try. First thing in the morning they are opened very early. I was greeted right away as I entered. I decided to try what would be a basic favorite to try at any donut business and had these thoughts: How are the glazed donuts? What are the donut holes like? Also what about the kolaches? I got a dozen glazed, dozen donut holes and the ham with cheese kolache. The donuts were made fresh and they were ssoooooo soft. And the glaze on it was just right. The donut holes, were the same too. The size was right and was soft to the bite. The kolache were flavorful too. The cheese to meat ratio was balanced. I did bring them into work to share and the reviews were great as well. Everyone that had an opportunity to try them said the same as well. They definitely were a big hit. Overall I can say this was a hidden gem of a spot for me. I know there are many places to buy donuts but I am always a supporter of local businesses. Everything was great and I did appreciate this to be a neighborhood donut shop feel. I am thankful for them to consider making the dozen order fresh when they could have easily have something made beforehand. It is attention to detail and quality that left a mark for me. I will definitely back that is for sure.“

“Ninoshka makes the most beautiful AND mouthwatering cakes! We had her vanilla and chocolate cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party. They were perfect! So moist and not overly sweet. However a lot of the products look good but disappoint, Please check the expiration dates this store has a habit of offering item beyond their shelf time. Also their delivery service seems purposefully built for not expecting returns. When you attempt to return an item the manager must be asked. Huh !!! Why Walmart on the other hand has it covered no questions asked. Go Wally World !!!“

She also has a variety of cupcakes, cheesecakes, pies, and order ahead cakes. The owner was so nice and patient!“

“The only thing this place needs to improve on is its space, color schemes, & overall branding. This is the only thing that deters me from visiting this place more often. The pastries here are huge but mot importantly they are really delicious. The cake pastries do taste like box mixtures but they elevate them to the most flavorful treats even I can't replicate if I buy the mixes myself. The pastries are always moist & fluffy! I'm not a fan of cream cheese frostings & a lot of then do taste like cream cheese. If they can improve the frosting, this place for sure would be 5 star in my book!“

“Stopped by yesterday as this was my first visit. Was looking for a bakery that had a good selection of mexican desserts. Right off ALT 90. Parking lot not very big but easy to get into. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean it was. They have a good selection. Was all behind glass and was able to pick the ones I wanted. Went to pay and I do not speak spanish but was not a problem because they were so nice and had someone there to translate. They were so friendly and nice. I was so glad I found this place. I recommend it. When I got home I tried the sweets and so far they have been wonderful. Thank you!“
