“It is indeed a hidden gem.I got the chilaquiles rojos with Guisado de Pollo. It had a great taste, spicy indeed. My only complaining was that it is only Chilaquiles and beans, anything extra it’s more.The Machacado was also delicious. Would have been nice if there were more sides included, as well for the tortilla to be homemade.The desserts looked delicious! We did end up getting 2 bread, it was good. Tasted like any bread at the bakery.Would definitely come back to try other stuff.“
“Ordered through DoorDash and saw that there would be an hour wait for delivery, I didn't care and ordered anyways. When the food arrived, it was still HOT and it tasted as if it was literally made when I ordered it. The Pupusas revueltas were good, but the chicharron con queso were even better. My favorite dish though was the chicken tamal. It's hard for me to find a good salvi tamal that tastes fresh and delicious. I've tried a ton of different restaurants so I can definitely taste when they've been thawed and reheated. That was not the case with this place. FRESH! FRESH! FRESH! I'm bookmarking this location lol“
“this is one of my favorite bakeries in the world. I have tried a lot of different bakeries in the Houston area this year recently. I would highly recommend the Jell-O and their cookies because they are so pretty. I love how nice the employees are and I feel like a very respected customer even on my first time there.I definitely want to keep coming back and if you live around here, I think you need to be a regular. This place is miles away from where I live in and I wish there was one near me.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options like cakes, donuts, bread, etc.Parking: TONS of space its awesome this place needs to be more busy in my opinion“
“This is the best Kolache factory I have ever been too. I stopped here today during spring break on the way yo Sylvan Beach and the man an woman working there aroun 1:49pm were so kind, patient, and helpful. The kolaches fresh and they heated them up for us. Will definately make stopping here a tradition.?“
“Today was our 1st visit and we will be back! I was in search of another local coffee shop for me and my oldest child (11) to get a change of scenery for her homeschool time, and my remote job. We live in Friendswood, this was an easy 20 minute drive. Very nice, quaint location in the heart of Pasadena; generous portion sizes on the food offerings. We both had an iced latte and she enjoyed the chocolate chip banana nut muffin - she was impressed it was fresh pieces of banana. The chorizo breakfast taco was so flavorful and well seasoned, we ended up purchasing a 2nd one. The two baristas on staff were kind and helpful and treated my daughter like an adult customer - engaging with her and calling her ma’am. She even wanted to thank them personally before we left for their great customer service. We visited for nearly 2 hours and it was a lovely escape. I know where to go now when we need another midweek change of pace.“
“1st time visit those employees team are friendly and smiley and motivation I was picking up a fundraiser order for SHHS Cheer for my sisters cheer team and came early since it’s less busy in the mornings and I had to work tonight and they asked me “ where you work at” so I work at car wash and some thing about getting upgrades that sounds kind of exciting employees are really helpful but I don’t know what’s their name that I was talking to I wasn’t really paying attention to their name tag like around 11:15am at 10-18-2023 i’m giving them girls 5 stars that kind of makes me happy and motivating ?“
“I've been coming here since it opened! My favorite are the cream cheese danishes or the jolly peno pops. They're everything you'd want in a jalapeño popper, made into a kolache! I just wish they'd bring back the breakfast tacos, but no complaints here. I love this place!“
“Warm hot chocolate chip cookie are amazing never disappoint. Love trying the other flavors as well, some are too sweet for my taste but I don’t regret having a taste. My coworkers and I love getting a pack of 6 and cutting the cookies into bite size for everyone to try. They are big cookies!“
