I have been going here for a while now. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was referred by a friend when my last meal prep place closed down. I'm glad I found them. I like the selections and am pleased with the portion sizes. I honestly could not think of anything negative to say. I would recommend this place to anyone. Best tasting meals you can find and the staff is amazing! They have a great variarty and also deliver so it makes it super easy to stay on track. Besides the great taste, even better I’ve been able to maintain my goal weight ever since I started getting my meals at Power Fit Eats.

This place is so cool!!! Not only do they offer Gluten free meals/ desserts, freeze dried candies, juices, and sweet treats but their meals are very good!!! This place is a little pricey but you’re either going to pay now for better foods or later at the doctors & medications. Great place to grab your healthy meals!!
