Well, the last two times I've visited this location I've been told they don't have the ingredients to make two different concretes. We have driven away both times due to this. This location needs to be better managed and have its ingredients stocked.

I own two franchises myself here in Frisco. I usually would not leave a review of one star, but the customer service today was awful and I think the owner should know.I ordered a chocolate sundae and a ozark turtle sundae no pecans sub almonds. Get to the window and it didn’t look like there was any chocolate in the sundae, so I ask the young man if there was any in there and he said yes. So I after I paid $14.05, I drove the ice creams over to the ridge assisted living to give them their desserts.And my dad said where’s the chocolate?So I called 5 different times before they picked up with a hello. I asked if this was Andy’s and he put me on hold immediately. A young lady then a young lady got on the phone. I ask to speak with the shift lead. She said it was the manager. I then ask her name? she replied with “what’s your name” I gave it to her and ask for hers two more times before she said Kalo. I explained the situation. She said I could come back right now, bring the sundae with me. With a very sarcastic tone. I informed her I would not be coming back today, but I would like my name written down so next weekend when I come back for a visit , I can get one. She hung up on me.

Despite bad weather warning, most restaurants were open except this store. When we finally found it open, one of the staff members behaved ridiculously, acting as if we were there to rob the store. Overcautious and unwelcoming atmosphere. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Never had frozen custard before and had to try since it was a texas thing. Got the mint custard. Sizes are super big here. I think a small is probably more than enough to share with 2 people. I thought it was ok, a little too sweet for me.

Product was good, service was terrible. I came in an hour before closing, guess they weren’t too pleased with that. I ordered my first item, when I asked for the second item, was told very bluntly and rudely “don’t got that”…awkward silence, I asked if there was anything else close to that since it was my FIRST TIME there and didn’t know the menu, and was told “nope, nothing”…I was in disbelief as to how I was being treated so I said to just add an Oreo shake because I couldn’t think of anything else. I then paid and after being handed both items, I was asked very loudly if I had additional payment because it didn’t go through. I kindly asked them to redo it as I had just used it 30 mins prior. Both boys said “well I’m not running it again because it didn’t work the first time so try another form of payment” and I again asked if they would use the card I gave them originally, it of course WORKED and then one of the boys said “okay well it wasn’t working so whatever” and I drove off quick. Boiling to say the least. So much disrespect.

Ice cream was good but customer service was rude. Although I showed up 30 minutes before they closed. There was a line for 6 cars and the workers had an attitude. I try to understand the position they’re in but this group did not treat the customers with quality service. Also ice cream is mad expensive bought a 6.35 small…?
They have the best frozen custard I personally get the triple chocolate concrete it is a little pricey at $6 +tax but definitely a

One of their employees stole our gift card. There was a $5 balance after our gift card so my husband handed them his card as well. He told the employee use the gift card and the rest on the card and the employee said okay. Gave us back the debit card, charged the full amount, and kept the gift card. I tried to contact corporate with receipts and nothing. Crickets. When we went up there the manager said it was hard to prove and gave us two coupons. Moral of the story- make sure you’re charged the right about and beware of the gift card thief. This happened on Valentine’s Day. 2/14/24

Ordered a large mint chocolate chip concrete and was given 99% vanilla with a tiny bit of mint at the bottom of the large cup. Asked for it to be reblended since all of the mint at the bottom. He said can’t take it back that’s the way it is. Then we asked for it to be remade and received a vanilla with Girl Scout cookies and zero mint and not even the right flavor. Spent almost $10 and got plain vanilla nothing. Never going to this location again. Rude and can’t even get it right after 2 attempts.
