There were 12 people in front of us to get ice cream ?? and it took 30 minutes to get service. We walked in just after 8:00 ? pm and left after 8:30 ?. The two working tonight even shut the Open sign off just after we walked in a couple minutes past 8 pm. When it says the are open till 9pm on Google.3-15-24 They always run out of flavors here and never have backups. I wanted the Banana ? Pudding Ice Cream ? tonight and they had none left. This is always a problem here.

First time trying cold stone creamery and definitely our last. Ordered a milk & Oreo milkshake. They gave me a very milky milkshake at first with no flavor so they offered to remake it, the remake came out like this. I paid $7 for a milkshake that wasn’t even filled to the top… overall bad experience.

Our Signature Creations looked nothing like the pics in store or like any we have gotten from the other locations we’ve frequented. There were 2 staff members (owners) training 2-3 other staff members and they were talking down to all of them. Telling them they were using too much product and that the scoops weren’t put in the right spot. It was hard to stand there and listen to it, came close to leaving bc of it, but I promised my daughter she could have it as an incentive for a job well done earlier in the day. Will not revisit this location.

I arrived here after dinner on a Friday night and saw roughly 9 flavors of ice cream on display, with just as many missing. I then saw a guy hanging out behind the counter on his phone kicked back against the wall who signaled a female worker to come speak to us.... The female employee then said that no ice cream was available to be sold for at least 1 hour and it was 7pm at that time. She gave no explanation and looked back at the male employee who was too busy in his phone to assist.. I ended up leaving frustrated and the poor customer service experience made it even worse. This is poor planning on management for not having proper prep levels of product for the day.

I ordered the largest size ice cream cup and the server was sooooo cheap with the portions. The portion didn’t even cover the entire cup. When I went in, I was the only customer there so I don’t understand the need to limit portions so much, especially when I paid $8.50. I’ll go to another location next

The Beau and I did not appreciate the service we received here today. We walked in. There wasn’t a greeting. Only 2 people were seated. The worker sat at the eat of the desk for a few minutes before slowly walking toward our direction. We ordered 2 shakes. But they weren’t shakes, they were more like milk. I had to ask for whip cream as she forget to add it on top. It didn’t appear as she wanted to be there as she mentioned it was very cold. This was the worst experience we’ve had at a cold stone and we will not return to this location.

I don’t live by a Cold Stone, so I was super excited to visit one today. I ordered coffee ice cream with Oreos. The act of mixing in the selected toppings with the ice cream is what makes them unique. I was really disappointed when the young lady working today just broke two Oreos once and plopped the ice cream in the bowl. Both Oreos were still together on one side of the bowl. I will not be visiting this business again. There are plenty of great ice cream spots where I can get Oreos on top.
Marneesh and young lady were sooo nice. Kind people. Quiet environment. Superb ice cream . Best ice cream I’ve ever had. Excellent. They also sell individual chocolates. Kudos friends great experience. I really needed a moment of kindness- and y’all gave it. May Jesus Christ bless you and your store abundantly this year.

Do NOT come to this location! I came with my family and we had a HORRIBLE experience. For your information, we are Mexican. The staff are racists who have absolutely no respect for their customers. They couldn’t keep a professional look even if it would be fake. As soon as we walked in, the staff looked at us and laughed as if we were there to amuse them. It was no coincidence, that was intentional. The entire time we were there, they glared at us, scoffed when we ordered, whispered and watched us like hawks the entire time.ColdStone, I am VERY disappointed. Do Better.
