Kokache Heaven's kolaches are the absolute best! My daughter and I have been coming here for 20 years. Always always a treat. We stop by before heading out on our family trips to Missouri and Austin and Houston and pick up all of our favorites and our family's favorite. AND we always buy holiday breakfast treats... Especially for Santa (better than cookies)!!
Great Kolaches! Stopped here on the way back home to Montana. Duane was super-friendly, chatty, and helpful. The spicy jalapeno sausage kolaches were (and pretty much always are) my favorite, but the brisket and sweet kolaches were great, too. We had lemon, cherry, blueberry, and apple. Unbelievably, the box got buried and a few even made it all the way back to Montana with us (the sausage ones didn't make it to Denton), and made a great breakfast for me! Would happily visit again....read full review
Came here Sat around 9:30am - still plenty of options left. Got some fruit kolaches ($1.60 each); cinnamon roll ($3.99); brisket popper ($2.99).
Everything was fantastic. I would get them all again and perhaps a bigger meat pastry in the future.
The cinnamon roll is a standout for the size and taste - no need to get those fancy coffee shop cinnamon rolls costing $6-7 each and half the size.
