CiCi's is a great place to take the kids every now and then. The price is good. The pizza is generally good unless you hit it at an awkward hour of the day. It's a buffet, so the more people eating, the fresher the pizza. The arcade has been a vast improvement over trips in the last few years. Everything seemed to be working, and the card system makes it easy for the kids to operate and simple for parents to get the cards.
Their pizza is delicious. If you play the games expect to spend a dollar per play.
Kid-friendliness: Fun for the family, but the dollar charge on the video games is a little pricey.

Didn't seem like they had the option to "ask for the pizza you want and we'll make it" like at other locations. And they don't even have trays to put your plates on??
