I was recommended to this place by a friend. The atmosphere is inviting and mellow. Service from hostess to the servers are friendly and professional. The quality of the food was just fresh and amazing. I got the red snapper fish plate with crab meat on top(I highly recommend it) along with scallop potatoes and mushroom risotto. The red snapper was tender and broke apart with ease. The sauce for the scallop potatoes was creamy and well prepared too. The flavor of the food was never overwhelming, at least in my opinion. It's a little pricey, but you get your money's worth. I owe a big thank you to our server Landon for recommending this dish. We'll definitely be back to this place next time we're in Galveston.

It's just excellent. I eat here a lot. The food is dreamy. Good service. Good vibe - not "rowdy". Booths. Bar. Right on the Seawall. Nice size - not too big. Good parking. Quality. Perfection. You will not be ashamed to take your business associate or your date here. Enjoy!Parking: Parking right in front - you can see your car through the window.Kid-friendliness: Boosters and high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is a breeze - no difficulties whatsoever.

One of my favorite restaurants on the island! Great service, food and drinks! I’ve had their brunch, lunch and dinner items! The views of the gulf are amazing as well. They have a room off to the side of the restaurant that you can request for gatherings at no additional charge. 5 stars ⭐️Dietary restrictions: I’m pescatarian and can always find something new to try! So many options and I’ve never had one thing I didn’t like.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome! However, I’ve never brought mine so not sure if they have a kids menu?

Food was great and service was top notch. I got the BLVD sampler and the bread pudding. The scallops on the sampler were amazing. I also had the Blackberry Smash and the Irish Julep off their spring menu. The spirits really shined thru in the cocktails and they were really good. Would definitely come back again if I was in town.Dietary restrictions: There were a few gluten free options available on the menu for those that require it. The BLVD sampler was GF.

Wow! First, smaller (not tiny) restaurant with a bright and intimate seating area and bar. Great view of the beach, clean settings, and good drinks. Then, the food, OH my word. I was worried because the menu isn't huge. I would say a little bigger than a "limited menu" but still had a variety of flavors and ways to have items cooked like broiled, fried, sautéed, grilled, and blackened. Three of us had the shrimp and grits. I had lumped crab added to mine. 100% the best shrimp and grits we've ever had. All three of us loved it. My husband got fried shrimp. The sides were scalloped potatoes and they were the BEST!Lastly, it's difficult to have a top tier restaurant in such a tourist town and still maintain quality of food AND service but BLVD has done it. Our waitress, her name was Sam, was funny, kind, informative, and patient because... let's face it- we are a mess!Anyway, if you're reading this, just go. You won't regret it. Thanks for reading! We love the BLVD! AND SAM!

Two of my friends recommended this restaurant. One said that it's their favorite in Galveston, so going there I had high expectations. Nevertheless, the food and the service exceeded my expectations. It's hard to say whether Charli's service made the great food exceptional or this great food makes her job easier, since there's no way of giving "bad" recommendations. She's sweet, professional, courteous, and friendly. It looks like going above and beyond is natural to her. I don't know the chef's name, but he can turn any dining place in an exceptional one.

Came to Galveston for work and stayed at an AirBnB. I asked my host where she recommended I eat for lunch and she said here. Upon hearing the name I had no clue what it was. When I drove up, though, I remembered thinking I’ve seen this place a lot but never wanted to go in because the exterior was a tad shady. But, on her recommendation, I decided to give it a whirl. And I’m so glad I did! It was fantastic! I wish I could remember the name of my waitress because she was perfection. I took all her suggestions for food and drinks and it was all delicious. It was even my first time trying a carillon and I’m sad I’ve never done that with my coffee! Make sure you stop in here while visiting the island!

You just can’t go wrong eating here. Misti Jo took care of us so well. She’s one of the reasons we come here; personable, enthusiastic and a consummate professional. My wife had the Deluxe Bloody Mary, a meal in itself, and for the first time I had the Blueberry Lemon Drop. 10s all around on the drinks. We decided to have a tapas-style lunch and ordered appetizers to share: calamari, seafood ceviche and crab-stuffed shrimp. We are now full but not overly so. Awesome, awesome, awesome experience.Do yourself a favor and come dine here. You won’t regret it.
