OUTSTANDING!! Seriously, On Point barbecue. We got the meat sampler, and everything was excellent. That's not an easy task. I'm also not easy to impress. I will be recommending this place to all my friends. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.
This is the best BBQ I've had on the Island. Got the 4 meat plate that comes with 2 sides. Double brisket, pork ribs and pulled pork. All excellent. Make sure you ask for lean or marbled brisket if you have a favorite. I got the lean, it had enough side fat but not the heavy marbling. Again, we were guided to a treasure by locals who knew where to go. Koops was an amazing lunch place with the best BBQ I have ever had.
