Update from my last visit on 7/22. Higher up in the company reached out to me. Listened to my concern and disappointment. My order was replaced 4 pc tender meal and 2 pc chicken meal. Food is delicious like I'm used to from a Golden Chick. The manager today (Victoria) took care of my order and made sure it was top notch
Best golden chick by far. Chicken is always fresh and super crispy and if you want it spicy they will not be shy w the seasoning! My husband and I drive to this location specially even though we have another 2 that are closer(lavon, and sachse) it never disappoints. Thanks for all the hard work and the good service.
