“This is a must try when you're in Dallas. I received my food 4 minutes after ordering. The staff is extremely friendly and the vibe is upbeat and friendly. The brisket is moist and flavorful. The ribs have no chance of staying on the bone. The macaroni and cheese is absolutely amazing. The only not super positive thing I can say about this place is about the sausage. It tastes great but doesn't stand out against sausage from other bbq places. Again, the sausage is good, it just doesn't exceed expectations like everything else here does. Try everything when you visit and support this local business.”

“The absolute best Hibachi we have found in Dallas!! Everything taste amazing from the soup, salad, friend rice, chicken, shrimp, and steak. Our cook Marcus was awesome, he was very friendly and the food was amazing! They have the best yum yum sauce too which is usually make or break for me! The service was great and the place is cleaned very well. I appreciate they have a lunch menu on Saturday and Sunday, so a great price for a lot of food! Highly recommend for people to check them out because you won’t be disappointed!”

“Me and my mother decided to check out The Factory Kitchen in Garland after seeing a review on Nextdoor and it did not disappoint! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the service was amazing during our entire dining experience. The owners were very attentive and super friendly, our drinks never got below half full, and they gave us a complementary bottle of water to leave with. We were also given complimentary bread and dipping sauce which was delicious. We both ordered pasta, which came with a salad included. I got the Ceaser and she got the House, and they were both delicious. I ordered the Tre Pasta, and it was so yummy! My mother got the Chicken Picatta, and she said it was so delicious and unique! I wish we had left room for dessert! Overall it was a 10/10 and I’m super happy, and will be returning in the future.Kid-friendliness: Kids Menu Options Available!”

I cheated with a combination regular and white cheese queso. A bit spicier than usual, but boy, it was good. The staff were efficient and friendly the way we like it to be.We will be back.And we have been back several times and the food has been consistently good. The chili relleno was a gooey mess after I broke it open and the cheese oozed out. But boy, it was good. My wife went for the fajita nachos. I have no idea how good they were since she would not give me any.When construction in downtown Garland is finished parking will be much less of an issue but it is not too bad right now. You will have to park a city block away (try heading north-east). It is well worth it.9/1/23 progress on the roads is mostly finifhed so parking is a lot better. The restaurant is doing a little remodeling to the outside and to the dining area, but it does not interfere with the dining experience. The charm of the old building definitely is still there. Food is still excellent2/24/24 No real changes to the restaurant except for the big TVs above the front windows. They really are not needed and do detract from the ambiance of the old building. But with the new park in full swing, the people watching is much better and the neighborhood is much improved. Parking is much better.”

Tonight I reordered the same thing, again the tacos were delicious, but I was so disappointed in the guacamole, it definitely had been sitting, it was not as fresh as the last time.. I gave them a five because they are 24 hours and I love the shrimp tacos! I'll eat here again, just make sure the guacamole is freshy fresh!”

Great attitudes by all the day shift employees, food was made right, quickly, and still hot when I ate it. To top it off, I was able to have a pleasant dump in the super clean bathroom loaded with TP a paper towels. All trash picked up. Not a single drop of urine, anywhere. It's funny, but I was super impressed!!”

I eat here probably 4-5 times a month lol.Ca kho is good but I am picky with catfish, it’s easy for it to smell like the ocean but that’s a personal preference. The flavor is ON POINT! Salmon kho is really good and more mild on the fish taste. maybe one day they’ll add it to the menu like they added banh canh.The banh canh noodles were perfect. The meals were fresh and the man is not burnt or hard. My favorite was the chefs chicken, which was a type of chilli chicken. The beef is marinated well and is tender, not chewy. The buffet is very well done and it is very fresh as they are constantly bringing out food. I would definitely recommend the Desi food. The American food leave a little to be desired (6/10)”

Service was stupendous as well and we even had a great chat with the owner, Chef Kevin, while finishing the night with a cigar on the patio. We’ve frequented Pangea a few times and certainly plan to return very soon. Check out this gem in Garland, Texas!”

We tried the sausage and some chicken. You can't go wrong with either. The macaroni and cheese is to die for - creamy and delicious, definitely homemade tasting. Don't forget to try the sauce! It has a slight kick but really enhances the meat. Potato salad is good, too. It doesn't taste mustard-based, but it is yellowish with a vinegar or pickle flavor. We also tried the stuffed jalapeño. Great flavor with the brisket on it. What can make it even better is if the bacon was crispy and maybe some cream cheese thrown in.”

(Look I'm having a rough week and was looking to wreck myself with food)The spring rolls were perfect, three big shrimp and all the great veggies you expect in that awesomely chewy wrapper.
