I attempted to contact the establishment by phone, but was not able to get through. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression and I will not be dining there again.

Location wasn't staffed for the drive thru and I was kept waiting for the longest six minutes before being informed nobody was working the drive thru despite my order being a mobile order placed well in advance. Then I had to wait even longer in the front parking spots for the order to be made.
Housekeeping is the best, front desk is nice... I feel bad I forgot to leave the cards.. I was planning on getting another night but had to work so ended up forgetting to give to cards back.
