I went to pick up my order and they forgot to put my 10 piece in my bag! I got a phone call from Cookie apologizing about the mistake and to return back to get the rest of my order! They remade my whole order fresh and got to keep the original order plus the fresh order , and they threw in a brownie! And they still kept apologizing while I waited!! Thank you to Cookie and the rest of the staff for going beyond to take care of me!!
This has become my new go to wing stop and the service that I got from when placing the order with Scott was more than exceptional he even made my experience picking up the order great.
