It's Applebee's. It is what it is.If you want better, go somewhere better.I will say this isn't the worst Applebee's I've been to. And the bartender was fine. She should be somewhere else where she can make twice the money & be home well before midnight.

My streak was returned to be redone. It was extremely tough for a rib eye. The broccoli and potatoes were fineSecond steak was fine for 3 bites and then it was as tough as the first.
Server was fantastic. Kitchen left alot to be desired. Food was over cooked. Instructions not followed and was charged for the re ring on the overcooked food. Will not return.
Last time I eat a steak here. Cooked perfectly but the steak was tough and full of grisle. Chef cooked another- it was the same.

ate here on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends and James the manager took care of us personally the whole way though. He was polite and professional and pleasant and he did a great job handling our food and drink orders in a timely manner. He also handled the payments when we were ready to leave. It was a good experience in an age when finding good service is becoming increasingly difficult.
