I take my kid to Hat Creek occasionally because the food is ok and the new playground is great for them. That being said, I've never gotten an order filled correctly. I'd like to say that I'm exaggerating. Unfortunately, I'm not. This review is more to you the owners, than potential customers. I think that you probably enjoy owning your restaurant and rewards you reap from its success. But I hope you understand you have some serious problems. Your staff are obviously under trained and not supported well enough. I understand the margins for a privately owned business are extremely difficult to maintain. I understand it's next to impossible to hire and keep enough staff nowadays. But if you want to keep people coming, a playground and good food are not going to be enough to stay profitable. The continuous chaos I witness every time I visit, whether it be morning, afternoon, or evening, weekdays or weekends, slow or busy times, is always evident. Your employees are NOT happy working there. You may think they are when you are around, but it's clear they are not. This is obvious from how unsatisfactory the customer service is and the emotional resentment they are passing onto us, even when THEY got the order wrong. Of all the fast food restaurants I visit, and I'm embarrassed to admit I go to ALOT, your employees are some of the most miserable. I'm not angry, I seriously just want you to put in some more effort into your company. Have new or better training & support for your employees, especially your management. Pay a little more? You may find that preposterous. We all know a competitive wage will help with retention and reduce the amount of new hire training you spend your time and money on. I'm not saying you don't already do this to some degree already, but you CAN do better. So please do. I'd like to keep coming back. I'll check back in a few weeks to see if it is.

First time coming here, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The dude who took our order was knowledgeable and super friendly. The menu had soo many gluten-free options and everything came out perfectly. The playground was a huge hit for our kids. And the Internet was perfect to get a few things done for work while the kids played.

Ok... its a hamburger joint and expectations should never be as high as a regular restaurant... today... it was so unsatisfying that I had to get on and write about it. If youve read my reviews, youll know that its all about flavor, seasoning and enjoying someone's culinary creation.... Even if its a simple hamburger. Let me start with this... all of you "oh no's" are probably the ones that visit this locale often... but here ya go: WHERES THE SALT!!? For goodness sake, it was about the most flavorless poor excuse of a burger if ive ever tasted one. Wow, that was horrible!! I had the Southwest .. the one that should be spicy, full of jalapeño flavor and pepperjack cheese... all i could taste was GREASE! The smashed up Napoleon Dynamite tater tots in his pocket from high school probably tasted better than these little round cardboard some things... Yall know I wont slam something just cause, but 37$ down the trash... i will never do it again... McDonalds at least is consistent and has some decent flavor. The bread that "looked" like it would have been good, was flattened and like if they purposefully smashed it to fit it in a bag. I mean wowzers... did yall step on it and do the two step on it!?!

No complaints here. I got the Cowboy, and my girlfriend got buffalo chicken nuggets. We went for lunch today (a Sunday), and the place was busy with good service. We really loved the extra crispy tater tots.

I ordered some chicken nuggets for $12, and I got these over-fried, gross nuggets (see photo). The box was so tiny - about 5"x3" for scale. Won't be ordering these again!Edit: looks like other reviews say the same. Avoid.

Everything about this was fantastic. The food came out quickly and it was correct. It was also delicious. Compared to the hat creek in the domain, was much better and I would highly recommend everybody come here. Only downside was it was slightly cold in the building.

Placed a to go order. I went to the counter when the app said my food was ready and let them know I was there to pick up an order and gave them my name. The lady I spoke to said they were still working on the order. I could see a to go bag sealed sitting in the back next to the monitor they receive the orders on. I waited about 10 min while other orders were brought out and was ignored by everyone at the front. I had to ask again about my order and the lady I spoke with the first time went back and grabbed the bag that I saw sitting in the back when first asked about my order. I open the bag to find very cold food. I then had to wait another 10 min for them to remake my order so that I could eat warm food. To top it all off the lady that I originally spoke to had the nerve to say you should have told me that your food was in the back. I guess I'm supposed to do her job for her now.

Great place to take your kids. They'll spend hours playing on the playground. Foods fine. TVs are available to catch a game. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We visit frequently.

Let alone be the first one they see.Her decision to mean mug my toddler because she rang the bell will be the reason we wont be coming back.To finish it off……COLD FOOD!!!
