So food quality is excellent, but can't figure out when they are actually open (Greens in the Garden). We have placed online orders a couple of times only to have them refunded as they were not open even though the orders went through fine. Then we have gone there for dinner only to have them not open, and the hours posted show they should be open??? I get that staffing is an issue these days, but please post your actual hours of operation. You would get a lot of business from Two Rivers residents I am sure, but heard from multiple folks having the same experience we have had. Might be hard to get them back as customers though. Calling all we get is the order line so that is no help.

This used to be my favorite place to eat in Georgetown. I think they have changed the menu multiple times. Usually, the quality was the same, but my visit in December was very disappointing. I did not enjoy my food. I gave them three stars for all the good memories, but I just don't want to go back now.

We were out with friends last week and of course we said we wanted to eat here even though they moved buildings. We put our name in and waited outside. There were 4 or 5 empty tables in the building so we figured they were just going to put them together like any other restaurant does. They said it would be a 20 minute wait. Twenty minutes comes and goes and they still haven't called us. Meanwhile so many people came and got seated. About three families got seated. We were a party of 9 but all the families that got seated equated to more than our group. After 40 minutes we go in and check, they say 10 more minutes, that they are sorry and busy. That's fine but don't say 20 minutes! We wait the 10 minutes outside and now start looking for other restaurants to eat at. After an hour and a half outside we went in to tell them we are leaving! They literally begged us to stay and said our table was ready. So we all come in, cause they just said the table was ready, and they are stumped where to put us! They lied when they said the table was ready. ? We walked out and left completely dumbfounded. I'm positive the management is going to say they are short staffed right now but the manager was there doing nothing! Not helping the waitresses, not speaking to customers, not helping at all! Just doing computer work. That is bad management! I attached a pic of the manager with the mask just working on the register and computer. He was not busy ringing people up either. About every 30 minutes he'd ring someone up but in between he stayed in his spot and didn't move at all!

I’m so disappointed in this place went downhill so fast. I used to always come in and enjoy friendly service and a nice healthy option but there have been obvious changes that make me question if this place will shutdown soon. Food is inconsistent and value has decreased probably from not making enough profit, food has been served with messy presentation and bitter taste there is literally no staff and if there are they aren’t doing a good job. Maybe the employees were fed up and quit. Management is definitely at fault there seems to be no organization whatsoever as well as no communication. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.

I highly recommend Greens in the Garden! Lovely ambiance with light jazz playing softly. The service was on point! And the lunch entrees were impeccable and impressive! I had a poke bowl with ginger dressing and my husband had the healing soup and hummus plate for an appetizer . The food tasted fresh and absolutely delicious. I paired Trinity Oaks Pino Noir with the meal and it was perfect. It was the perfect compliment to our date night.

We found Greens in the Garden today when looking for a place to get lunch. It's kind of hidden, but what a wonderful surprise. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond. The atmosphere was perfect with a cozy environment, nice jazz music that was at the perfect volume and a beautiful outdoor area. Then you get to the food and we were blown away. The spicy tuna poke bowl was one of the best I have had. Everything was fresh and the portions were on point. We will be back for sure.

I've been a huge fan of Nancy's for years but unfortunately they had new management take over and things have gone far downhill. They appear to be cutting corners on the food and the staff, all while raising prices significantly.Everything had gotten worse since the management change. The dressings are very watered down, the menu has changed making it difficult to get the bowls that Nancy's was best for. The staff is almost non existent - they are all off in a corner talking to each other the last 4 times I've been in there. I always tip with my to-go orders but that makes me wonder why!I'm sure they're struggling to make it work but they've gone about it all wrong and I'm afraid they are doomed. Which is really sad because this place used to be amazing. I truly hope they can make major improvements before it is too late!

Food is great but the service is incredibly lacking and this is coming from someone who's worked in the service industry. Ordered a simple 12oz dressing on their website. Got the confirmation and everything. Show up and they have no record. Waited another 20 minutes and still no dressing. Finally had someone notice me waiting and she goes to the back and asks and everyone is like what? What dressing? Terrible service.

I just moved into the neighborhood and Nancy's is very close to my apartment. I've eaten there three times now and it gets better each time. Try the healing cabbage soup if you like a little sweat. And if Taylor (Exec. Chef) is serving their Wagyu Filet, that's one you can't pass up. The chimichurri goes really well with the steak. Perfectly cooked medium rare. And I didn't walk out with an empty feeling in my wallet. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

I've been a huge fan of Nancy's for years but was very disappointed with this location which is now under complete separate management from the other locations (i.e., Lakeline). I had issues using the online platform to order and went inside to place an order to go. It took 30 minutes to fulfill my order which was 2 chicken salad rolls and a soup. I would have understood if the place was packed but there were only 4 other customers in the restaurant and only 2 small to-go orders waiting on the counter. When the waiter brought out my food I had to remind them to include my soup and utensils. I will not be coming back to this location.

Just the freshest ingredients, excellent preparation and presentation. The avocado spring roll and grilled salmon salad were great! Beautiful patio seating, too.

The poke bowl with smoked salmon was beyond delicious!!The seaweed was fresh and had a nice crunch and flavor. The smoked salmon was perfect and kept the sushi grade consistency even through the smoking. The rice was not dry, nor undercooked. I opted out of adding a dressing and the bowl was still packed with so much flavor. It was a huge meal and I took a full serving home to eat for dinner (leftovers!). So for eating twice on one meal, I only paid $16, or $8 for lunch / $8 leftover dinner for a premium poke dish!Recommend this place. The Cinnamon iced tea was also delicious.I do wish the ambiance was a little brighter and / or vibrant. It was clean though!

Food portions are very generous, and the food is soooo good! I love their salmon too. The garden is very quaint and cute and the service is always great. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Georgetown.
