Went today to treat my sonThis place stinks, looks dirty, the cashier was rude, the fruits were not fresh at all, didn’t feel comfortable on eating any,Plus almost $20 on just two cups?Just ridiculousTime to find another place,Def not coming back or recommending this place to anyone unless is someone I don’t like

uses rotten/moldy fruit and the rude owner say it's not and refuses to apologize or discard the fruit covered in fluffy mold. this place won't be here for long, and i'll have the front row seat watching this place close for good.

Customer service is awful, the employees are rude and make you feel uncomfortable when you ask for the little cups for samples, we love orange leaf buy definitely was a bad experience , in other note ice cream like always was delicious...

At least 10 flavors, tons of toppings. Very clean and organized. Wheelchair accessible throughout, but may need assistance getting in/out of door depending on strength/mobility.

Owner wasn't very friendly when I wanted to exchange my son's cotton candy frozen yogurt to another flavor. It tasted spoiled (we have had it before). She looked annoyed and the cashier still tried to charge me when I got the strawberry flavor. She said that's the way it's supposed to taste so that's why they wanted to charge me for the exchange. I had the strawberry and pistachio. Pistachio also tasted spoiled (we have had it before) but I did not eat it this time or complained because of her attitude. It's not the first time she or employees act unfriendly when I have a question. Once, when I had a question about the remaining balance of my gift card she was rude and said there was no possible way to know the balance either. I've worked in customer service for a very long time and try to be patient and understanding but I'm definitely not coming back and don't recommend Orange Leaf anymore. Also, when they hand you the spoons they grab it by the part that goes into your mouth which isn't very hygienic.

Flavors taste like they went bad. Blueberries were moldy and when brought to attention she tried to pass it off as innards of the blueberry and smashed it together when the mold/bug whatever it was, was bright white. The strawberrys were overripe and mushy. She told me to get a new cup but at this point I don''t trust this store's cleaniness and food prep and well as having to deal with her attitude about the whole situation. I was not able to get a refund as it was difficult to get her attention.2 inedible cups for almost $17 is a scam. please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

got mold on the fruit. when i confronted, she quickly mashed it with her finger and threw it away saying it was innards of a blueberry. never in my 32 years have ever seen green fluffy blueberries. and then got upset when i confronted her. not even a single apology. im never coming back again

They refuse bathrooms to the public which is against Texas law.

Love it here! My kids love Frozen Yogurt and it's a lot cheaper than sweet frog for all 3 of them. They have a happy hour from 12-2 Monday - Thursday which is 15% off. Friendly staff and clean environment.

I am disappointed at how the server treated my daughter and her friend when her card was declined. she explained that it was a Canadian card and it may have been the reason for the card not working. The lady was immediately rude. The girls never asked for the product for free and she said rudely that she could not give it to her for free although she never asked for it. She asked if she could just leave and the cashier said no, that it would be wasting product. She ended up having to walk to Target to pull out money, upon the lady's suggestion, got a huge transaction fee from the ATM and then by the time she got back to Orange Leaf, her yogurt was melted and that is the product she walked out with. The girls were polite and even apologized for the inconvenience and the lady just glared at them. What kind of training do your employees get? This was on July 20th at 3:45 if you need to know which employee it was. This was in Georgetown, Texas.
