My son wanted to grab a quick sandwich (he’s 10). The gentleman behind the counter, Joshua, was amazing. He had the best customer service and kept interacting with my son. As we got in the car, my son said he thinks he made a new “subway friend”. Kudos to Joshua!!!

This post is not about food but rather about the customer service provided by an employee at the Subway in Georgetown, TX. My child urgently needed to use the restroom, but the employee refused to give her the key because she wasn't making a purchase. When I intervened, explaining that I intended to buy something, the employee insisted that I had to buy a sandwich to get the key. Despite my intention to purchase several items, the employee remained firm. As my child became upset, a stranger who came in to order a sandwich kindly offered to vouch for her as her child, allowing us to access the restroom. This incident stemmed from the establishment's policy of not giving out restroom keys due to concerns about homeless individuals using the facilities. It's disappointing that the Area and General Managers, as mentioned by the employee, couldn't empower their staff to handle such situations compassionately. My child left feeling upset, even declaring, "I don't want Subway ever again."

Food and atmosphere is good. But worst attitude by employees. Very rude to give a glass for water even after paying for 4 foot longs. And very rude way of saying to get out to close the store. I will never go to this place

I like the wraps! I was going to the other subway until I decided to order a wrap on the app. Showed up to find out they did not have wraps! Guy at the counter was rude and did not want to refund my money. Finally got that done and placed another order to this location on the app. When I arrived, I was greeted by two very nice young ladies. Told them what happened and they said I need to continue coming here that this would not happen here. Today, I decided to order a wrap on the app. And when I arrive guess what!?!? We don’t have any wraps because they are still frozen. They ask if I would like it on a sandwich. I said no and wanted my money refunded. She told me I had to do that through the app! There is not location on the app to do this and ask here to show me how. She disappeared to the back for like 10 mins like I would just disappear. Then saw her look at me around the corner and make a face to someone in the back. I assume it was a lead or supervisor which never came out. She then return and in seconds and voided my order and tells me I would receive the refund in 3 to 5 days! So you keep my money? Really! This will be my LAST attempt to get anything from Subway! If a ticket prints and you can’t fill the order, have a means to contact the customer so they don’t waste the time to drive to the location!

I hadn’t gone to this Subway in a long time until today. The store has no seating now due to renovation. It felt hot - like the air conditioning was broken. There was one employee who chatted so I ended up waiting at least 10 minutes for her to finish with the one person ahead of me. The bread was hard; she threw away two loaves. They were out of oil, vinegar and there was no ice. The sandwich was dry. The menu posted above was missing several sandwiches so she guessed the price of mine as well as the customers ahead of me.

I choice curbside pick up in my mobile order bc I was injured. Upon arrival staff told me I had to come inside to get my order. They wouldn’t fill my drink for the meal combo. I purposely choice subway bc they would deliver the meal to my car. When I complained to the manager he didn’t seem to care.Parking: Employee parked directly in front of store and went in to work. Customers have to park further away bc he took a spot.

The 1 star is because they say they offer curbside but I was told I had to go in to get my order. Not normally a big deal but today my back, my hip and my ankle were very painful making it difficult to walk. Hence why I needed curbside. OK to not offer curbside but don't say you do if you don't. Food OK. Employees parking directly in front of store so customers have to park further away. BTW this is actually the 2nd time there was a problem with this location. Last time no drinks for a meal deal. Hello Jersey Mike's and Jimmy John's.

Ahhh, Subway my very first management gig... And probably the most difficult job of my life. Very work intensive and thankless by all I performed my duties for. Once in a while I crave a subway sandwich and today was that day. I popped in and ordered how I wished everyone in line would order back when I was on the opposite side of the counter. Bread first, then type of sandwich, then cheese preference, followed by whether or not I wanted it toasted. It's never really that hard, but for some reason, is customers seem to mess it up each time. And then we customers complain....we always complain. I read so many complaints on this very store. That prompted my curiosity and wonder. I popped in after work and was greeted by an incredible staff who were willing to assist as soon as my turn in line was up. No one was "standing around" or on their phones. Just good ole customer service. Thank you all for being so accommodating and willing to throw down on 3 awesome 6 inch subs. You're doing a good job.

I stopped in to get an ice cold drink and sandwich. It's, as you know over 104 degrees outside. Their soda machine was broken, so the only beverage you could get was lemonade and they would give you a cup of ice for it. Well, I didn't want lemonade. So I bought a bottled coke and asked them for a large cup of ice. Oh no, you will have to pay for the large cup of ice. What the heck? I am so done with Subway.

Generally Right-Brained

It's subway so I think most of us have a pretty good idea of whaat we're getting. HOWEVER, lately I haven't had the best of luck (apathetic employees, stingy toppings, etc.) but this location does a GREAT job of being careful and accommodating. Totally deserves a solid rating for
