Cajun Restaurants in Giddings, TX

“I came for the name! NOTE - it appears to be called this only on Yelp (though a friend of mine who lives in Giddings does indeed know it as "Donuts and Seafood"). However, the sign on the building just said "Donuts" or something. I went for donuts. And they were delicious. Some of the best I've had lately. My friend in Giddings said the only thing weird is that the fish tastes like donuts. You'd think it would be the other way around....“

“We went fairly late in the day, about 3:30 pm. They were sold out of a few things, which was not unexpected after lunch. My husband and I both got fried catfish, the fried okra, and I got the green beans, he got the coleslaw. Everything was DELICIOUS! Huge veggie portions, good sized catfish, neither of us could finish our whole meal. I'm a big veggie critic, and the beans were wonderfully peppery, the coleslaw was crunchy and fresh. I wish they had crawfish, but someone bought their whole day's supply, so maybe next time! Stop in, it's all worth it.“
