“Absolutely beautiful venue! The wine was superb, the brisket was too die for and the owner even chatted with us. The grounds are gorgeous with ponds, beautiful outdoor spaces, hay fields, vineyards, and even outside games. We stayed there because it is also a Harvest Host (so we could park and hook up our RV) and we could have not gotten a luckier and more enjoyable location!

“Being pregnant crawfish is a massive craving! The spicier the better- Lips better be burning- We did have a different establishment we were visiting in Big Sandy (IYKYK) but the last three times service was REALLY bad quality so my husband & I have been bouncing around looking for great quality and great service. Color me impressed! I have found a better tasting crawfish and about an hour closer! Keep it up!!”

“Breakfast was good I had the biscuit gravy bacon and egg breakfast. coffee was nice and hot and waitress was very attentive. While I was eating breakfast the program "The View" came on television and the waitress at my request change the channel which I was very pleased with.”

“I have left a review for this amazing establishment before and I feel like I need to again. There is a nice gentleman there with colored hair. BEST service comes from him!!! I never catch his name but he provides top notch service every time, so friendly, accommodating to our crazy toddler, checks on us appropriately. The food is always wonderful!! “In all my years I’ve never had BBQ taste this good. I have been here multiple times and everything I order has been very good in my opinion the best in Texas. First thing I ever got from here was a shrimp basket and it was mouth watering. My favorite would be the loaded fries they are amazing!!!”

“Every time you hit the drive thru, the people are just great! I have gone to all of the locations and get the same customer service at each one. The coffee is amazing too! My favorite thing about Huey’s is that it is locally owned No sending money to the northwest part of the country to support a coffee habit. Highly recommend.”

“We came in to eat for Birthday Lunch as quite a few family members have Jan/February Birthdays, including myself. The food was delicious. We were a larger group about 6 adults and 8 children(2 that are 1 year old). Our server was very nice, and she did her absolute best to make sure our needs were met. I feel like there could have been a little bit of teamwork from another server that would have made it run smooth. It was coming up on shift change, and I know from experience from being a server for many years that people are doing g their side work and leaving. That being their should definitely be another server to help with a larger party if not a manager.
We will be back as this is a family favorite.”

“It’s a good place to eat burgers, I tried other stuff too like the country fried steak and the chicken fried steak and the food is bland! But the burgers oh man they are good!!”

“We ate Monday at 11:00 AM and the food was fantastic and there were an abundance of options. We will definitely be back. Excellent food kept me full all day long and the prices are good.! 👍”

“Driving home to TX from Oklahoma we had the delightful experience to visit Whataburger in Gilmer TX. I was so famished, looked at the clock in the car and freaked out when it said 10:30, just knowing that when I arrived in the store that the clerk was going to tell me that they are no longer serving breakfast. In my haste, I quickly ask do you all serve breakfast all day. She said no, and before I could lose my mind, she smiled and said but we do sale breakfast until 11AM. I was so happy.

Ms. Angel was her name, and she quickly became my angel. She was so sweet, welcoming, kind, and helped me to remain calm while ordering even assisting in the ordering process, because I had been craving a cinnamon roll. But now what in the world was I going to order for meat without a side of bacon or sausage. Well, I ended up ordering the cinnamon roll which she heated (oh my goodness it was delicious) with some Whatawings…which was hot and fresh and in a nice container, along with a cup of coffee (which wasn’t exactly hot or fresh but it served it’s purpose..smiles).

During our stay while sitting in the lobby eating Ms. Angel never stopped moving, she was wiping down counters, wiping all the tables, then quickly went to get me a lid for my coffee and bag for my left-over food. I simply cannot say enough good things about her. She should get employee of the month, or spot bonus, or something to let her know that we as patrons and customers sincerely appreciate her efforts.
