“My company, Velvet Spur Productions, booked this venue for a curated high end shopping experience called The Velvet Noelle November21-22, 2025 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners and their executive staff were so easy to work with as they were extremely helpful in handling many of the small details that made the event a seamless experience. The cuisine was top shelf as was the decor and accommodations. If you are looking for a corporate retreat venue or the perfect place to host a company party look no further!”

“A great restaurant. Tonight me and my kids went to eat here and we had a $20 gift card we wanted to use . Total came out to be around $10 and some change after the gift card was applied , the credit card machine was giving problems so we were told no problem just go sit down and they’ll try again in a bit . We sat down and our food came and she hadn’t came by to get my card again to try to see if the machine would work so I went up to the counter to pay and she said we paid for it baby no worries . Told her thank you she didn’t have to do that and she told me everyone deserves a blessing sometimes and tonight it’s your turn. Didn’t catch her name but I’m grateful for her kindness ! We always support local restaurants and this one definitely has gained more of my business . What a sweet employee they had! Thank you for the blessing”

“Being pregnant crawfish is a massive craving! The spicier the better- Lips better be burning- We did have a different establishment we were visiting in Big Sandy (IYKYK) but the last three times service was REALLY bad quality so my husband & I have been bouncing around looking for great quality and great service. Color me impressed! I have found a better tasting crawfish and about an hour closer! Keep it up!!”

“My husband and I just stumbled upon this place last week and let me tell you it was FABULOUS!!!! Great quality and portions for the price. Everything that we tried was delicious. A must try if you are ever in Gilmer and worth the drive if you are not.”

“Breakfast was good I had the biscuit gravy bacon and egg breakfast. coffee was nice and hot and waitress was very attentive. While I was eating breakfast the program "The View" came on television and the waitress at my request change the channel which I was very pleased with.”

“Been coming here for years!! I’ve moved to a different town now and this is the donut shop that has real ham & cheese kolaches! They are the absolute best! Anytime I come back home I make sure to make a trip here to get my ham and cheese kolaches!”

“I don’t eat donuts but love kolaches. I tried other 2 places in town but they weren’t that great, nor was their customer service. I finally tried this place and so glad I did! Every visit I get greeted with a big smile and the best customer service, it makes a great start of the day. Their kolaches are the best in town as well.”

“In all my years I’ve never had BBQ taste this good. I have been here multiple times and everything I order has been very good in my opinion the best in Texas. First thing I ever got from here was a shrimp basket and it was mouth watering. My favorite would be the loaded fries they are amazing!!!”

“Loaded nachos, stuffed avocado and the fincarita were great! Now that salsa is incredible, just enough of a kick to keep you going back for more. It gets busy but it's worth it.”

“I have left a review for this amazing establishment before and I feel like I need to again. There is a nice gentleman there with colored hair. BEST service comes from him!!! I never catch his name but he provides top notch service every time, so friendly, accommodating to our crazy toddler, checks on us appropriately. The food is always wonderful!! Never disappointed and always highly recommended!!!”

“Every time you hit the drive thru, the people are just great! I have gone to all of the locations and get the same customer service at each one. The coffee is amazing too! My favorite thing about Huey’s is that it is locally owned No sending money to the northwest part of the country to support a coffee habit. Highly recommend.”

“my daughter loves cozy drinks and for her birthday I wanted to pick up her favorite. Only problem was I had no idea what her order was. I reached out to the girl always working when we stop by (Karsyn) and she knew my daughter and her order!!

“My family ordered three drinks. They put the wrong milk in my mom’s drink, but she told them she would keep it. They insisted on remaking it! That was super kind and much appreciated. Friendliest location I’ve ever been to!”

“It’s a good place to eat burgers, I tried other stuff too like the country fried steak and the chicken fried steak and the food is bland! But the burgers oh man they are good!!”

“This place is bad. long ques and you cant skip to the food you want. one has to stand in this long line and move as it moves and the food is not even all that and very limited. If you eventually get to the food and the buckets are empty you have to move along otherwise you holding up the line. This must be the worst buffet place in Cape Town and the toilets are disgusting.”

“Even after Midnight , the Staff were very Polite , helpful and greated me like I was a New Customer. This location has been Updated since I was there months ago. I would definitely recommend this Whataburger .”
