We went inside to order. The young man at the counter was rude to my mom and my daughter. He forgot to give us our cup for the meal. When my mom asked about it, he just nodded his head to the water that my kids and I ordered. When my mom reminded him that she had a meal, he rolled his eyes and grabbed her a cup. Look this place is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is no good. I have been in food service 6 years and the customer service industry for over 10 years, so I am very understanding. But they had to remake my drink about 4x and they didn’t get it right and the blond ish kid in I believe a manager shirt turned to another employee and said do not make her drink again. Like excuse me? It was a half sweet half unsweetened tea… they acted like they couldn’t do that??...read full review
Need to work on presentation.. cheese only on half the burger the rest on the box and cold cold..at least TRY to make the food look edible. I'm spending a lot of money on this food.
