After going through drive thru and getting not what I asked for I called back to speak to mgr I believe she gave her name as Nichole she was very Rude and Her Tone of voice very condescending talking to me as I were a child Very BAD attitude for a manager McDonald's really needs to hire better people for management and train them better in customer service rudeness is unacceptable I won't return anymore Sonic or Whataburger or Dairy Queen are my next choice

We went inside to order. The young man at the counter was rude to my mom and my daughter. He forgot to give us our cup for the meal. When my mom asked about it, he just nodded his head to the water that my kids and I ordered. When my mom reminded him that she had a meal, he rolled his eyes and grabbed her a cup. Didn't make eye contact or say a word to her. We stood at the counter for 4-5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Not one person acknowledged us. There were several employees grabbing items, but not one person looked over at us. At least acknowledge the customer and tell them you will be right with them. Thankfully the food was decent. The fries were hot and the food was fresh. Maybe he was just overwhelmed, but the employees need to work on customer service.

Look this place is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is no good. I have been in food service 6 years and the customer service industry for over 10 years, so I am very understanding. But they had to remake my drink about 4x and they didn’t get it right and the blond ish kid in I believe a manager shirt turned to another employee and said do not make her drink again. Like excuse me? It was a half sweet half unsweetened tea… they acted like they couldn’t do that?? When I know good and well they can!? they kept putting lemonade in it even after I said please no lemonade it’s just tea. That employee was so rude he was back there saying stuff about me. Rudest thing ever. Crazy
