“I love the food! Only complaint I have is my wallet was stolen and lost my caniac club card. But my app said I can have the code scanned at the register. Crew members refused said that the location doesn't do that and wouldn't give me a new card. Ended up losing rewards... They got the team leader and they said I shouldn't have lost the card. I've worked in food and retail services for awhile and I understand some customers can be hard to handle, and I try not to be one of those customers, but that experience really frustrated me“
“I don’t go to ChicFile very often. But since the revamp I’ve now gone twice. And both times I’ve had something wrong with my order. Cobb Salad with Fat Free Honey mustard. The first time there was no egg in my salad. Went and asked for some and had 3 employees just stare at me and made me feel like they were trying to figure out if I was telling the truth or not. 10+ min later I finally got my prepackaged sliced egg. The second time I ordered the same thing and added chicken nuggets for my grandmother. I did not receive ChiFile sauce(for my gma) and never got my FF Honey Mustard. Just the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but it’s just super frustrating because I have a specific diet I’m trying to follow on my weight lost journey and not being able to follow through with the planned meal is very disheartening. Especially living 20+ minutes away it’s hard to go back just for sauce. I know eventually it will calm down and level out but little things like that does add up. And the little things do matter. But hopefully here in a week or two it won’t be so overwhelmingly busy all the time. Thank You!“
“Randomly we picked up the kiddo from school and I wanted Fried Chicken for dinner. Our choices: Babes, Golden Chick, Canes, Chicken E, KFC, Brookshire Bros (at Pecan Foods in our neighborhood) ... the vote was for KFC! We ordered the 12pc family meal...and stated we don't mind the wait but extra crispy PLEASE!! They didn't have all the pieces on hand but we didn't mind the wait. I didn't want to cook dinner and theses souls were eager to serve! 20ish so minutes later we get fresh fried chicken with all the fixings and a VERY nice surprise as a gift to say thank you for the wait! We got a CHOCOLATE CAKE!! OMG my girls flipped!! Kiddo just had a slice and loves loves loves it! Y'all guys rock! Thank you! We will be returning!“
“Ordered the chicken fried steak, sides are served as family style: salad, cream corn, green beans (my favorite), mashed potatoes, gravy (a little thick), and biscuits (10/10). Overall food was really good! Highly recommendDefinitely a place to go if you have a big group.“
