The people at this Starbucks are absolute angels! They're always so polite and so so sweet. Every time I order here, it's always exactly how I like it, and they just go above and beyond. Amazing baristas and such yummy coffee. Will forever be my favorite location! ❤️

Been here 4 times, my coffee wasn’t made correctly. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I ordered in advanced and the customer service didn’t even offer me anything in my inconvenience nor are bubbly or have any manners like other locations.

Ordered Uber Eats and my breakfast sandwich came burned. The bread was over done, hard and inedible. Very disappointing. I usually go through the drive-thru. They always expect a tip in the drive-thru and I would've been even more upset. This is why tipping in the drive-thru makes no sense. After driving away, there's always something wrong with the order.Vegetarian options: Impossible breakfast sandwich

I come to this Starbucks a-lot when I'm in town, AND WOWWW it has changed but most importantly the customer service has been very welcoming, quick, and efficient always great service from all the workers but most noticeable is one of the employees named Roux. They always seem super friendly supportive and helpful if I wanna try something new or different they always recommend the best coffee and/or combinations of flavors thanks ROUX AND STARBUCKS 100/10 would always recommend ❤️

Starbucks slowly destroying what made it popular. This is now a grab and go with no seating or bathrooms while you wait. Staff is overworked and automated processes seem to have them factory making coffee. No hello when you arrive. Just stand there for minutes waiting to order with no acknowledgement. Another 15+ after ordering to get your coffee as you’re competing with remote orders and too little staff. If I’m going to get assembly line coffee at a grab and go might as well go somewhere else. It’d be faster and cheaper.
