Ordered Uber Eats and my breakfast sandwich came burned. The bread was over done, hard and inedible. Very disappointing. I usually go through the drive-thru. They always expect a tip in the drive-thru and I would've been even more upset. This is why tipping in the drive-thru makes no sense. I come to this Starbucks a-lot when I'm in town, AND WOWWW it has changed but most importantly the customer service has been very welcoming, quick, and efficient always great service from all the workers but most noticeable is one of the employees named Roux. They always seem super friendly supportive and helpful if I wanna try something new or different they always recommend the best coffee and/or combinations of flavors thanks ROUX AND STARBUCKS 100/10 would always recommend...read full review
