They have Trompo tacos here and I'm a big fan... you know that beautiful pork that's roasted on a spit and then pieces are carved off fresh for your order. Soooo good. And I love the bright red color, I believe it's paprika.. well seasoned, juicy, colorful pork. Meanwhile the Spanish rice is mild and super fluffy. The refried beans are salty and savory.
