I did the drive-thru order and requested my four hamburgers with 'unbuttered buns', but they decided to give me the burgers without buns LOL. This is just a friendly suggestion to check that you provide the right orders.There are no issues with the food or the personal, even they didn't provide napkins and ketchup this time. So, it is just that this time I didn't get what I ordered.

Not a fan of having to wait to exit the drive through after getting my food. The line waiting to order blocks you in. The food is excellent though as it is at every location.

This has to be the worst crew in the history of CFA. I simply asked for a MANGO PASSION FRUIT SWEET TEA. Instead, I received a sunjoy (I don’t like their lemonade). So, I asked carefully if it was a sunjoy that I received; response: no! My husband goes in and the manager says we make TEA with TEA, lemonade, and a squirt of mango. Sounds like a sunjoy to me. Yet, when I look at the recipe on the app, THAT IS NOT LISTED for the tea. It says, tea and mango! I will never return here. Because if something this simple is hard, I would hate to order food!

The slowest Chick-fil-A I've been to in the metro , the guys voice sounded like they were tired. Who knows maybe it was the shift or they were short staffed. I saw plenty of people but I can't say if there was something going on today and they're not usually that way .
Came in around 6:30 and had an extremely rude drive thru worker, she was condescending, and was aggressive. We mistakenly told her, I think her name was Sam, we wanted an entree but actually meant meal and she made it a huge deal that we said it wrong and kept talking over us saying “you gotta tell me correctly or else i ain’t gonna know what you mean”. There’s politer ways to ask what someone is referring to than that. Ruined my afternoon after having an already quite long day myself. People like her shouldn’t be working in customer facing positions if they don’t like dealing with people. As someone who used to work a service position, I learned to ask people politely and learned to clarify a question rather than escalate the situation. It Irritates me that grown women cannot get a grip and leave it at the door.

Honestly the worst chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had (And I’ve had well over 100). We had a mobile order through the drive thru.The woman working that we met to “take our order” was not friendly. We were sent to the pickup window where we were handed our food. No friendly customer service at either place… very bizarre for CFA and a true first time for me. It was the service I expect at McDonald’s.Also the ice cream was a bit off but this rating is solely based on the lack of customer service.

I’ve been here multiple times, but today stranded out the most. First of all, they got my order completely mixed up, second of all, the staff just left my food on the counter. And finally, when I asked for refills, they kept giving me the wrong drink, so voila. 2
Incredibly slow drive through and no mobile pickup line on top of it.
