“On an impromptu date night my wife and I decided to try Shoal Creek Tavern after reading the fantastic reviews. It was our first time at Shoal Creek and the restaurant and Erik did not disappoint. The cocktails were fun and unique. The house salad and dressing was delicious. Our entrees were both terrific and fun. There was even room for dessert which topped off the meal. “I was visiting from out of town when I came upon this place. There were many gluten-free options for my niece, so we decided to try it. The food was delicious! We had an appetizer and burgers, all very good. The waitstaff was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed the atmosphere. “Pretty good first visit to this place. It was a bit chaotic trying to flag down the host to get a table upon arrival but once seated, I received some of the best service I’ve ever had from Alex. He was friendly, quick and responsive. Fish tacos were okay. Seared cod isn’t ideal but it worked okay. I’d fry it though. Drinks were outstanding.“
“We had lunch here. I ordered the Fish and Chips and substituted a salad for the chips. The salad was fantastic! Avocado, almonds, cherry tomatoes all in a delicious citrus vinaigrette.My son had the French dip sandwich, which came on a specialty bread, and was served like sliders with a jus. It is a blend of sirloin and prime rib. He said it was awesome! The server was friendly and took the time to describe the food and answer our questions. We would definitely return.“
“Nice corner Restaurant near D18 in the Dallas Airport. We had the Texas BLT, which turned out to be great and filling. And my husband had the Turkey Club sandwich. They have lots of beer on tap and the service was super quick! There is an upstairs to the restaurant as well! Great food and service, nice and relaxing!“

The website itself doesn’t have one, the QR code makes you go to unknown place - that the bartenders don’t “ even like”, even verbal asking for prices was somewhat unknown! Come one people make it easier to order!! Service was good! “Had a spectacular meal here today during my layover. Portions were mighty and worth the price. The service was even better than the food. Ms Tran was the waitress *and* bartender and she was absolutely moving. Service was 10/10 she made every drink without slowing down and took orders in between. Absolutely amazing experience.“
