Jack in the Box

First, let me start by saying that I rarely give negative reviews and that there has to be some heinous stuff to go down to earn one. That being said, My husband and I rarely get the opportunity to get Jack in the Box, so I was stoked to grab some. Boy, was I disappointed. I walked in to a girl playing on her phone, and when I said hello and asked how she was, she responded, "What can I get you?" I've lived in this area for about 2 years now, and this location has always been hit or miss. In the past, the location's hours were uncertain. There would be many times when they would close earlier than their posted hours. Most Jacks have set hours and are good for a quick bite but I just stopped by at 6:30pm and the doors to the lobby were locked with no explanation (lights were on inside as well). Look, here's the real deal- the doors were locked, only drive through was available. The young lady that took my order was courteous, and got the order 100% correct. If she had ANY help, it was someone on the grill, because the place was a ghost town. There were several orders behind us, quickly. Her, and whoever was helping her, they should be making manager wages, because if no one else showed up for work, I would have locked it up and gone to find another job.
