First, let me start by saying that I rarely give negative reviews and that there has to be some heinous stuff to go down to earn one. That being said, My husband and I rarely get the opportunity to get Jack in the Box, so I was stoked to grab some. Boy, was I disappointed. I walked in to a girl playing on her phone, and when I said hello and asked how she was, she responded, "What can I get you?" There was no smile, and she looked at me like I was interrupting something important. We gave our orders, and she shuffled around and made our food. While we waited, we noticed that the soda machine was super dirty (which, if it's dead enough to play on your phone, you can certainly clean up the cluster-eff that was the soda area) and that the fry area had God only knows how old they were fries flung all about in it. She at least thanked us for coming in, so there is that. It's not the worst Jack in the Box experience we've ever had, but it's in the top 3. Side note- the cooks were working hard, and the order was made correctly and looked good.

I've lived in this area for about 2 years now, and this location has always been hit or miss. In the past, the location's hours were uncertain. There would be many times when they would close earlier than their posted hours. Most Jacks have set hours and are good for a quick bite but I just stopped by at 6:30pm and the doors to the lobby were locked with no explanation (lights were on inside as well). I would have gone through the drive-through, but the last few times I have gone, the staff felt undertrained with little knowledge of the menu items.Also, I've been wondering why there is a section of the restaurant that has had incomplete construction for the past few years...

Unfortunately, there's not a zero star option. Ordered breakfast on a Saturday morning and my husband has been sitting outside for 25 minutes waiting on our order. It's supposed to be a drive-through order and they asked him to pull forward and he's still sitting there. He finally went inside and they're completely ignoring him, and now won't cancel the order and give us our money back. This is absolutely ridiculous, customer service, or should I say lack of. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to waste.

I live very close to this Jack in the Box and I have decided not to review it on multiple occasions despite every experience being less than ideal, which is normally pretty standard for fast food so I dont usually mind. The food is fine, when it's correct, and when you can order it. This is the final straw for me.Every time I've gone to this restaurant I have had difficulty ordering and had to repeat my order 3-4 times and still get the wrong meal (even when it appears correct on the screen).This most recent time, and the reason for my review, is that whomever they have running the drive through does not speak English very well. I ordered the Fan Box, which is a limited time item and the worker had no idea what I was saying. Maybe I said it wrong? I repeated and mentioned that i was looking at it right on the menu.After two more attempts to communicate my order I gave up and tried to just order a standard menu item, the #14. The #15 appeared on the screen. I said, no the #14. AND THEN THE FAN BOX APPEARED ON THE SCREEN! She then repeated that I wanted the munchie meal? And I said word for word "no, my original order popped up on the screen so I'm good" and then she deleted my order line for line and added the Munchies Meal. Which I told her again was incorrect. She told me to pull up to the window, I told her that I was good and left. I do not care who takes my order as long as my order is taken and correct.

Food was fresh and hot and ready to go when I made it to the window. The lady that took my order kept asking me over and over so I couldn't get what I really wanted.

Look, here's the real deal- the doors were locked, only drive through was available. The young lady that took my order was courteous, and got the order 100% correct. If she had ANY help, it was someone on the grill, because the place was a ghost town. There were several orders behind us, quickly. Her, and whoever was helping her, they should be making manager wages, because if no one else showed up for work, I would have locked it up and gone to find another job.

Got tacos, lots of tacos. I grew up loving the tacos and I don't live by a jack in the box so I had to get lots of tacos. The menu says 15 per box of mini tacos but we got 13 per box and we got 3 boxes. I did get the 8 of my ordered 8 regular tacos.They were bangin though. Also we ordered 2 of the churros but only got 1. They were still decent.The food overall was banging and met my expectations for deliciousness. But I want all my food next time please. We had already driven off and didn't notice till we were 15 min away that we were missing food. Otherwise ime sure they mightve given us the rest of our food. But we'll never know.

I placed a mobile order for a location I've never been. Just like any other location drive thru is ridiculously slow. Only 2 cars in front of me and it still was 15+ min. wait.

The food was terrible. I asked for hot French fries and tacos, seems like fried an hour ago. We asked for curly fries and probably paid extra and didn't get them. When I tried to call the restaurant, it's in Spanish. How convenient. With food prices going up at least service something to be proud of and not leftovers. I would rather wait than to get food like we did. $15.00 down the drain.

Really hit or miss. When the ladies are there is five star. They are really sweet and my order is always right with them. But when the guys are there, it's a literal 1 star- and that's just cause they at least gave you food haha. Something is always wrong when those 2 guys are there in the morning.

This would be my second and my last time trying to eat this horrible food. I wasn’t trying too give a star. Breakfast was not good at all and I couldn’t eat it ( a waste of money) the customer service wasn’t good either. It’s a No for me.

Tacos and fries were stale, cold and the shell tasted old. Tried to call and just kept ringing? Either way, it was a waste of 20 bucks for our food.
