I was great experience every time 😉
Couple of weeks ago.
Weren't greeted.
Finally got service from some surly person.
Terrible service & food.
Two sandwiches, soups, strawberries and coffee.
Sandwiches were bland and dry.
No cutlery, coffee urns empty, no bread.
We had to beg cutlery, coffee and strawberry sauce.
Waste of $40.00
Never heard back from customer service.
Don't bother with this location.
I left you 1 star on Google & Yelp.

Terrible service, waited over 30 min and didn't get any of the two simple items we ordered, a trio salad sampler & a chicken friend (which the cashier personally checked & ensured us that they still have some in the warmer.)
So we decided to get our full refund & leave, the manager reimbursed us for the chicken friand only, we had to wait for him again to get the refund of the salad, conveniently he said he couldn't refund $2.77 tip.
