Patricia and the crew were very friendly and approachable. My previous experiences at this location were not so good. The previous crew was trash. Congrats to Patricia for taking everything up several notches.”

“We decided to go see the boxing fight here, the food was very delicious, the waitress who served us was friendly. However, before finishing our drinks, a cleaning girl approached us and told us “I'm going to take away your glasses” (these were more than half full) to which we responded: “give us a moment to finish the drinks” and the girl very mad she tells us: “Then later you are going to go wash them yourselves.” WTF!????? It is a very nice place to have people like that working. I am very very mad with this situation that I do not plan to go again until that person stops working there.”

“Some deep fried sushi really hit the spot after work. i got their hurricane roll and tornado roll. Between those two, i have to say my favorite is the tornado roll. Both were delicious though. i look forward to returning soon.”

“The woman who took my order was amazing, even including sweet & sour sauce without me asking. However, the you man at the window failed to give me a receipt, there was no sauce or napkins in the bag. The egg roll was amazing, just wish I had something to dip it in.”

“I live across the street from this Mickey Dee's. I really only go there for the fries which are always good. The customer service could be a little better here. I don't need the servers kiss my romp, but they seemed kind of dismissive every time I come in.”

“This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. I always like to come back whenever I have the chance. I highly recommend trying the pho here!”

“The food here is so delicious and the employees are so wonderful! The pastor torta and taco Tuesday is a must try!! Excellent service 10/10. Lupe is also so wonderful and so kind. She always has mine and my coworkers food ready for pickup on that taco Tuesday special!!!! She’s so great to talk too while waiting for our order. It’s like we known each other!! The lemonade and horchata is good and refreshing! So definitely bring yourself and the family!! :)”

“Fresh and Hot, my granddaughter and I got the chicken fried steak finger basket with fries and gravy in Texas toast and it was delicious and we had ice cream cones after our meal.

“A nice little local gem. If your tummy craves Asian, this is the place to go. Small, good service, and most important good food. I always order the shrimp with vegetables it never disappoints. Bring your cash as they don't take cards. I would point out they need to clean the condiments containers as they look less presentable.”

Big fan of the green sauce. I loved both the Trompo and the Carnitas, im looking forward to trying other kinds they make in the future!”

“Exceptional beef Pho, what better way to start your day! I just discovered this jewel of a restaurant on my way to Asian market and turned around to check it out. It's a little after 9am and they're open! Wow, was I pleased :) I recently discovered that in Vietnam Pho is considered by many to be a breakfast food. So you can imagine my joy at finding a Vietnamese restaurant open at 9am. I'm not sure when they open and I saw no posted hours.
I started with shrimp and pork fresh rolls served with peanut sauce, they were fresh and delicious. Then came the beef Pho. The first real test is to taste the broth before you consider adding anything. It was excellent, too good to add anything. They do have all the usual sauces on the table should you choose to customize yours.
I look forward to my next visit although I live out of town so I'm not sure when that will be. Also there is an Asian market in the same shopping center so I was able to check out a new store too and that's another story.”

“Easy delivery here. Truck entrance is on the corner of Parrish and kings hwy. plenty of room swing wide to get in plenty of room inside to turn a reefer around. Face reefer doors to the building and back up to the yellow line and stop. They have no dock but these guys do not mess around with unloading VERY fast.”

“Sweetest owners and the best eggrolls! I usually go to another place on Belknap for eggrolls before I knew Viet Tofu was there. My usual place is closed on Wednesdays, and my son asked for some for a school theatre potluck. I went on Tuesday to make sure I could order ahead for pickup the next day, and bought a few from the ready to eat case to try. They are soooo good. My order was ready on time (I ended up buying more from the ready to eat case again) and my daughter got a few little sweet things that were delicious as well. The eggrolls are a hit with my son's theatre class and I can't wait to try more of what Viet Tofu has to offer.”

The sandwiches are all virtually the same but with different proteins.

!Combination. A good classic cold cut sandwich. You can’t go wrong.

Meatball. Made with Vietnamese meatballs that has good flavor but I wish it more of a sear on it.

!Bbq. This is one is good. I loved the Vietnamese char siu pork in the sandwich

!Egg. This was a surprise for me. I loved the scrambled egg in it.

“I work down the street and I went through drive thru on Fat Tuesday for lunch at 12pm. I was giving up fast food for Lent and wanted one last Whopper before my 40 days. Drive thru was fast for a lunch rush. I wish I had taken a picture of my food, but I was impressed. It was the prettiest hamburger I have ever had. It literally looked like the one in the picture on the menu and commercials. It was hot and fresh, as were the onion rings. Hands down the best Burger King I ever had. The lady at the window (I’m guessing manager) was so sweet and polite. She offered me a crown and I took it home to my son.
I’m confused how these reviews are so bad. I will definitely be back. Try it for yourself.”

“I used to work in a restaurant and I would hate when people would come in 2 minutes before we close so I try not to do that when ever I can. I thought this place closed at 11 but it closed at 10. I didn’t realize till I walked out with my food. I walked in and ordered right before they closed and they served me right up. People were great. Food was great.”

“Tried the pickle fries and yeah no, not ever again, I mean they were shaped like fries but soggy as hell. I order a foot long chili cheese coney as well and the hot was burned on both ends and instead of getting the normal regular old footlong hot dog bun I got my footlong with 2 regular hotdog buns 🤣 like wtf? My husband got corn dogs burned AF. We had to cook my son's grilled cheese at home because the bread wasn't toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. “Dee is an amazing bartender and server. When able we don’t have to wait long for food or drinks. We have had issues in the past where servers on the floor take a little too long to get drinks out after ordered. We play every Sunday in the usapl league and this is a constant issue but we love the atmosphere and tables”
