“Kid and family friendly. Vanessa was our server and she was great. My wife had the chicken and waffles. Very delicious cinnamon waffle and the chicken was juicy. My child had a dinosaur chocolate chip pancake. I had the breakfast chorizo burrito. Everything was great!“
“Great food, service, great local town cafe. Very busy on the weekends but we are able to get in and out very quickly. Ordered The Scrambler, it was delicious anecdotes plenty of food for a great price. Definitely would recommend for people to go and have some great homemade breakfast.“
“A little hidden gem coffee shop in Fort Worth! Sub-$3.50 for a small signature latte either homemade syrups! There is great tables to sit at on a nice day with friendly baristas! Slightly darker roast coffee which I enjoyed a lot. Will definitely come back!Parking: Parking lot could use some work to get rid of potholes but no issues“
“Literally one of my favorite places to have breakfast. The pancakes and crepes are awesome, we drive from 15 miles away to go here LOL.The only thing I do not recommend is the German pancake. My buddy and I ordered those a couple of months ago and both of us got sick. The bottom of that German pancake is not pancake texture. It's more like flan. Whatever it is we won't be having any more of those.“
“I love taking my family to both the Keller and Hurst locations. We have never had a bad meal in years of getting breakfast here. The staff is always great, the portions are generous and the food is always so well prepared. I drink coffee black and never had a complaint of their coffee. The dinosaur pancakes are a hit with my kids. I’m picky about my hash browns and always get them crisped perfectly here. We have eaten at booth locations by us and typically visit monthly. We plan to continue and recommend to anyone who enjoys breakfast.“
“I went here two times. The first time I got the farmhouse hash and plain pancakes. They were both amazing! The second time I went, I got the Florentine eggs Benedict and pancakes. The pancakes were really good. However the Benedict that was served with cold, untoasted ciabatta, the eggs were way too runny, and the potatoes were cold and not cooked all the way through. Our server was very understanding and had the dish remade. Although we requested the eggs to be medium-well, they were the same as the previous dish we were served. The server had the dish comped which we appreciated since we could not eat the dish.I do wish there were less pork options associated with various dishes.I will be back here again simply because of the friendly and respectful service.“
“Met some friends for lunch. 1st time at this location but have eaten at First Watch several times. Great for breakfast and lunch. Portions are big enough without being wasteful. My kids are picky eaters and there is always something for everyone. Everything feels so fresh and love the fresh juices available. Menu is indulgent without losing the healthy side of things. Always had great service. Recommend going early on weekends or calling ahead for waitlist. Very busy on weekends!Parking: Located in shopping center. Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and highchairs and coloring sheets availableWheelchair accessibility: Handicap entrances and doors ans tables“
“It had been a while since I had been to this restaurant; both times have left a great impression after having breakfast or brunch here.Very well organized, clean and a nice layout.Great service from all their staff.Food was very good, you can tell they have fresh ingredients and dishes are prepared keeping quality and appearance in mind.Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures.I had the loaded potatoes with French toast and coffee, which was really good. The other dish on my table was Benedictine eggs with French toast and cinnamon bun, and hot chocolate.Vegetarian options: Several options available, both vegetarian and veganParking: They have enough parking, but on very busy days it can seem not enoughKid-friendliness: Family, friendly, kids are welcomeWheelchair accessibility: Seating and parking available; you need someone to open the door for you though“
“First time customer, I had the Chicken Apple Walnut Salad with Raspberry Vinegarette Dressing. It was a dish full of flavor and something that I would order again in the future. Everything tasted fresh.Parking: Being a Saturday the parking lot was full and they were busy inside.“
“This is a nice little diner! Wanted breakfast, and just missed it. They were reluctant to make a pot of coffee (? mistake ?!). I ended up getting a club sandwich - average. BUT, the homemade onion rings were delicious. Fair prices, $10 and up for standard dishes (meatloaf, chicken fried steak). I did have a convo with a sweet older gentleman who said they have a group that meets every Thursday morning. I'd go back - waitress was ON IT!!Parking: Spots right up front, and plenty in the lot.Kid-friendliness: Seems like a great place to take kids for familiar food!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide open access - easy peasy!!“
“Went in for our first time on Sunday 4/21 for brunch. Added our family to the waitlist online which was game changer. We were seated promptly about 15 minutes upon arrival. The host was very sweet, she had short, dark hair but I can’t remember her name. The atmosphere was really cool, and our server, Molly was the best! Our food was delicious, the wait was a little longer but that’s expected with how busy they were. The host sent over a strawberry shortcake pancake on the house which was so kind and made our day. Everything was absolutely delicious! The mimosas were great, and overall we just had such a wonderful experience. Our new family favorite brunch spot!“
“Celebrated my dad 61st birthday with our great Friend. Luis has a kind heart and is always thinking of others! His Kindness is the reason we always come back and ask for him! Ask for Luis you won’t regret it!! Luis is someone you can consider as Family!“
“Great food and wonderful coffee. Love the seasonal coffee and tea specials. The berries and mascarpone bowl with honey was incredible, and the serving size was generous. We have also had the burgers there for lunch and they were fantastic! So happy this is here in Colleyville, truly delicious!“
“I love this placealways do a awesome job on the cheese and eggs with the raisin toast order. Bacongreat, guys, not. I'm saying there's not good women there. But i've always been there when it's always me but awesome service good “
“The restaurant is like a little diamond in the city. Unassuming from the outside but super cute and quaint on the inside.Def go for the cinnamon french toast combo. Perfectly sweet without being too sweet, and I liked that they didn't make you feel heavy at all.I was thinking about getting the Mama Combo, since it came with pancakes but my friend said that the bottoms were hard and burnt; which made me a little sad. They were prob cooked too high and for too long.Still, definitely add this place to your brunch list. I havent had french toast that delicious in a long time!“
“What an excellent find! Found this special Mexican restaurant in a storefront on Race street in Fort Worth. There are several small shops and restaurants on the street that create a nice vibe. I ordered the fajita plate which was awesome but others were enjoying the birria. It was a nice day so sat outside on the patio and the service was great.“
“This was a neat find while visiting Arlington. A tremendous value for the amount of food you receive. Everything was hot and cooked perfectly. Next time I am in Arlington, the Skillet and Grill will be a definite stop!Kid-friendliness: This place is suitable for all ages. The staff is accommodating and responsive.“
“I really don't see what all the fuss is about, very crowded on weekends, pancakes are okay, nothing to write home about, did I say really crowded and noisey. I think the crepes there were okay though. P S i like it now , German pancake, it is way over crowded but they get you in pretty fast. Over all its a cool place once in awhile. As of my latest visit 04/20/24 construction still on road out front.“
“It was our first time trying Maple Street Biscuit Company, and it was a pleasant visit. We will definitely be back with the rest of our family. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and great recommendations from the menu.We will be back soon!“
“Our second visit to First Watch was like night and day compared to our first. The sangria was fresh, our drinks never went empty, and you have to try the Million Dollar Bacon – sweet and salty perfection. Exceptional service, delicious food, and an all-around delightful brunch experience. Can't wait to go back! Now I understand where all the five-star reviews come from.***EditedThe service was abysmal, with disinterested and inattentive staff. We waited 30 minutes for water, which arrived after our appetizer and food despite asking multiple servers. The food was average, but the prices didn't justify it. The server seemed more focused on closing than serving, as evidenced when he promptly brought the check before we finished eating. The manager, Roberto, couldn't accommodate our split check request, adding to the frustration. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service and inflated prices. Save your time and money and choose a brunch spot that values its customers.“
“Spent the weekend in Fort Worth and found My Cafe in a strip mall area. We had breakfast, and it was very good. They seem to have a wide variety of different breakfast foods. My dtr had the oreo pancakes with a side of eggs. I had eggs, sausage, and toast (nothing exciting, of course). The staff was very helpful and very friendly. There was plenty of parking, smoke-free, and handicap accessible. There was also an option for outdoor seating as well. Hope to return in the future. Happy in Texas ?“
“Absolutely love this place, been in town for only a week and managed to come 3 mornings , I personally love the Belgian waffle however there hasn’t been anything I completely disliked.Belgian waffle with cinnamon powdered sugar: 9.7/10 it’s the right amount of airiness , warmth and sweet, I personally prefer waffles over pancakes thus have tried a ton of places recipes and this is the best by far in my opinionCoffee: hate to say I wasn’t a huge fan of this one, it wasn’t necessarily bad just had a particular taste that isn’t my cup of tea, though I can’t quite put my finger on what it isKale tonic: 8/10 okay this is NOT for people who don’t like sour things, lemme just say I’m someone who hates sour however I didn’t return this to the kitchen I drunk it all, it resemble a green jolly rancher or a sour green apple! I will say it made me feel refreshed, awake and focus after drinking! Definitely great for health nuts or sour lovers.Sunrise (?): 10/10 This new spring drink wasn’t on the menu the other day so I tried it today and let me just say it’s lovely , it manages to taste thick as if it’s a mango smoothie! You can taste all the fruits (except the lime) perfectly together as if you’re eating a fruit skewer! It is very strongly tropical I definitely recommend to fruit lovers! Didn’t make me energized like the kale tonic but it made me and my tummy happyPurple Haze: 9.5/10 Got the non alcoholic version of this and all that’s to be said is This is what a lavender lemonade should taste like.Hawaiian French toast: 9/10 Got without the coconut whipped cream and it was delicious as you can tell by the rating, would get again much prefer over the (usual??) French toastHoley donuts: 6/10 Don’t take this review and run with it I’m Very picky with donuts however they were good but not great in my opinion, what helped contribute to the lower than the rest rating was the chocolate sauce that’s meant to dip them in, it was :( not greatSide of potatoes: 8/10 Okay you can either f up breakfast potatoes or make them right, these in my opinion were made how most would want, I’m not huge on butter so I sent them back BUT they were tenderly soft, very well seasoned, warm and very buttery.Blueberry pancakes: 9.5/10 Bigger than expected, warm and filling ! Perfectly cooked and good in our tummy!Eggs: Are eggs“
“Simply incredible…and I’m hard on restaurants. Every item was perfect (hash browns could have been more brown I guess) and DELICIOUS and our server was one of the best I’ve had in years. There was a big line out the door and only took 20 min to get in. Will be back multiple timesWe ate:- The colleyville scrambler (so good and I hate salmon)- The Bacanado (delicious)- The French toasts made a classics even better- the basic pancakes were better than pancakes somehowEverything was excellent“
“Literally the best Waffle House location - so clean, & incredible servers - they are so fun and nice!!! Especially rashonda! Food is incredible every time. I recommend the all star special (duh!) with a biscuit, half sausage half bacon, regular waffle, hashbrowns smothered, covered and peppered and cheese grits. You can't go wrong“
“Delicious! Excellent customer service- I also noted that they were familiar with their customers (they obv have several regulars) and the friendly banter. Had the fried green tomato blt and was not disappointed! Like so many others have said....I will be back for more :)“
“This is a fine little Cafe that offers traditional burgers and sandwiches. I got a regular cheeseburger combo for 12 bucks and it was pretty good. The place is small and the decor is dated but there is nothing wrong with that. If I lived in the neighborhood I would definitely be back.“
“Best cro nuts I've ever had and cheapest ! She's always so sweet to me and always throws in something free! Prices are best around and the donuts are better than the more expensive shops, even when moved to Euless , still come to beach street just to go there!!“
“I got the OG, coffee, and the cinnamon roll. Man... that special sauce is something else! It was so, so good. Three piece of thick bacon, think slice of cheddar cheese, and an egg. The egg yolk was perfectly jammy and the brioche bun was a solid choice for these sandwiches. The cinnamon roll was good. I wish it had a bit warmer, but it was still fantastic. 10 outta 10, would go again!“
“The food is always good and fast ! The staff was on top of things and very friendly I love to get double hashbrowns, smothered and covered!Vegetarian options: Not really any vegetarian options hereParking: They always have small parking spaces and lots because of their locations in the big cities by the interstateKid-friendliness: Would be a ok place to take your kidsWheelchair accessibility: All of the locations I've been to are handicap accessible“
“Late Breakfastoh beacon cafe how i love you!!!This is one of the BEST kept secrets in town!! My favorite late breakfast or afternoon lunch spot! They close at 2p but if you can make it before then, you must try it!! Sumí is amazing and always here to provide a smile and great service, she is better than the food, and the food is AWESOME!!! Come support this local favorite! You won't be disappointed! See you soon Beacon Cafe!!! Xoxoxo“
“I asked for some tender star bones and they brought them to me well sewn, I told the waitress and without saying a word she exchanged them for me. That's service. The waitresses are also very kind and friendly. Very tasty, good atmosphere, clean and fast ?.Thank youParking: Big and spacious, no problemKid-friendliness: I don't see it as suitable for children, since there is no place for them to run or play, but ooo, they are going to love the waffles. Delicious!“
“It smelled bad (like sour towels) and there were dishes and unclean surfaces everywhere, but the employees were so nice and the food was so good that I overlooked those things. With so many employees there at that time, you would think that they could do better.“
“The food was pretty good overall. I was surprised how much you actually get in a kids meal ( our toddler had leftovers for breakfast the next day, so that's a mom win) My only complaint is they sat people way too close to eachother when there were plenty of available seats, and it wasn't even close to crowded in the restaurant otherwise. We also had to step over a woman's crutches to get to our seats because she had them leaning off into the middle of the floor. I just kept wondering why the servers were perfectly fine having to maneuver themselves and everyone else over/ around them instead of just asking the lady to move them. (I'm not one to make a fuss so I just left it be, but it's also not my job to maintain the atmosphere of this IHOP because I don't work here) I also had to wipe the table and seats down my self with a wet wipe because there were bits of food and jelly visible on them still. (Even though that was also not my job.) I'm not saying I wouldn't eat here again. But I'm betting my next order will be "to go".“
“I had a great waffle and egg breakfast Feb. 14, 2024. Shana was my waitress. She kept my coffee filled and was ready to help in any way. The food came out fast, hot, plenty of it and reasonably priced. I will be back. Everyone working there was very nice!“
“Great customer service! The team working December 3rd in the morning was a positive upbeat group!Food was great for Waffle House and I travel and have had much worse at other locations. We will return when in the area.I highly recommend this location!“
“Love this place! I’ve been here many times over the years! Love the atmosphere with all the cool throwback items. The food is amazing (I highly recommend the Breakfast Trash) and everyone here is so friendly! As long as I live in the area I’ll continue to come back!“
