I love the variety of coffee flavors I can order here. I can taste the coffee, not just flavorings. My daughter enjoys the freeze drinks. My granddaughter is in love with the lemonade and soda drinks. The staff are super friendly and will help recommend a drink or help make a specialty drink with you. Don't go if you're in a hurry unless there is no line. The staff is fast, but even they can only go as fast as coffee makes. They have an app you can use that is very easy to navigate....read full review
Had an accident where I got double charged 16.05 on an order and when i went back the same day to get it resolved i was told the money would go back on my card soon. It did not so when i went back Grey spent a good 10 minutes trying to find the order to refund me. When it didn't pop up she gave me a $20 gift card. Very friendly service here, and I've never had a drink here that I didn't like!

Best place my hubby likes the coral reef I go for golden eagle or a salted Carmel chai the staff is always nice and super friendly and the drinks are absolutely delicious leaving your mouth watering for more lol I go here multiple times a day leave a amazing tip cause the staff are always nice way better than Starbucks and it's cheaper so huge win
