Best place my hubby likes the coral reef I go for golden eagle or a salted Carmel chai the staff is always nice and super friendly and the drinks are absolutely delicious leaving your mouth watering for more lol I go here multiple times a day leave a amazing tip cause the staff are always nice way better than Starbucks and it's cheaper so huge win

No customer service at all the drive-thru was packed and we were the only people that walked up and the drive-thru end up getting clear we're still waiting for our drinks more people come through to drive through and we waited and the drive-thru continues to get clear but they keep telling us it's three three orders before us and I was trying to understand how is that when the drive-thru keeps getting empty when we go up to ask for a refund they sit there and laugh and be very disrespectful this was the worst Dutch Bros in harker heights ever I'm very disappointed and I come to Dutch Bros very often
