Well. Some of the recent low-score reviews are relatable: I did NOT read any reviews before going to this location & ultimately went to the Belton (i35 exit 294) location.There are a few places to eat nearby, I saw a few vehicles at the drive-through and a few in the lot. Incentives the lot has just the 1-eatery I assumed it was a bit busy. I walked by entrance to get a glimpse inside & then went to check the nearby eateries just about 200 feet away. I returned, no vvars and no persons inside.The nicer female employee asked if they would be able to take my order - the male with patchy 'beard' immediately says "No, Don't Start his order" Employee has serious passive-aggressive mannerisms : feigning niceties to drive through patrons at that moment and then over-acting postures for preparing those (other's) smoothies - not too sure if that's just selective treatment or worse but it's more obvious the issue with recent issues w/timely service. If you have trouble visualizing what a 'patchy beard' is - find the film 'Chinese Odyssey 1' w/Stephen Chow 32:32 markThe worse part of that passive-aggressive episode was the muttering "can I take your order' from the male, which was a faint whisper & for them a (conscious) confirmation of a Beta-Move to Assert Authroity. Dissociative Disorder to say the least.

It’s advertised that Smoothie King opens at 7, and yet when you go there, there’s no lights on, no sign of an employee. Waited until well after 7 ( 7:23 ), still no sign of anyone. Finally in the end, my husband and I went to Tropical Smoothie cafe, who were actually open as advertised.

This particular smoothie king should be avoided. On the flip side I started making my own smoothies and I can make a weeks worth for the price of one from Smoothie King. It only takes like 5 minutes or less to make and I always use hood organic ingredients.

Very inconsistent, sometimes they take cash, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the smoothie is good, sometimes it’s wrong and taste like vomit.

Waited in line for 45 minutes. They still got our order wrong. Idk what’s going on in that place but if I were you, find another location. Absolutely terrible.

I’m literally sitting in the drive thru line. I ordered one Lil’ Angel smoothie. There were two cars in front of me, I got in the line at 11:30am. It’s been 20 minutes and there is still one car in front of me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Before I even ordered the person came on the intercom to say that they were very busy with the two customers in front of me. The car before me ordered one smoothie and a açaí bowl , the car before that ordered two smoothies. Those were the two cars in front of me. When I pulled up I asked if there was a manager available and the gentleman at the window said she had left hours ago and he was the only one available. I finished my transaction finally at 11:56am. Management needs to get their act together. This is obviously an on going issue.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are completely unprofessional and rude. Came in yesterday to get an açai bowl. We were not greeted at all when we walked in ever after saying hello. We were ignored until we raised our voice to get their attention and said "Hello" again. Then they finally acknowledged us. There was a manager there training someone and was unprofessional joking around for a few more minutes before taking our order. We waited 15 minutes to get our food, and there was 5 people working at the time. They were laughing and joking around the entire time we were in the store. The açai bowl I received was blended to the point it was soup. Will not be returning to this store, management and employees need to be retrained in customer service and professionalism.

I'm usually a big fan of Smoothie King, i gave a 1 star because I ordered a PB Swirl an what was supposed to take 1 min took 5. Because male employee behind counter was micro managing the female employee about to how to prepare a PB Swirl an cut the bananas an he wasn't demonstrating he was just telling her so she worked slowerSo by the time I got it after paying a lil over $12 my PB Swirl was melted. Very upset at the moment so I ended up going to corner store to get a strawberry ice cream for less than $5 across the street.Y'all do better an stop micro managing

The person working June 21 at 7pm was SO RUDE. We asked for two smoothies and it was like pulling teeth. Rudest service I’ve had in Texas to be completely honest.

I went to this location for the first time a few days ago with my boyfriend and the lady at the drive through was horrible. If she’s in customer service she needs to acknowledge the customer by saying hi or something. Just gave us our items and never said hi or have a good day. It didn’t make it an enjoyable experience. I don’t know if we will be back unless it improves. I know it can be improved unless you know about it. I sent a dm privately but it went unnoticed. Her nails were sooooooo long they stabbed me. Also because of the ac unit above the speaker where you order at you couldn’t here anything. Maybe a louder speaker or something. Now the quality of our smoothie and smoothie bowl was amazing. So tasty but someone needs to retrain the girl working drive though. Only thing she said to us is now much our items were. Even though we enjoyed our items I don’t think we will be back to that location at least. We would have been weekly customers it was that good!

I would continue to go there if the employees were not so miserable. The girl that took my order sounded just miserable. There was no one in the drive thru so I drove right up to the window to pay and pick up my drinks and she didn’t acknowledge me for a while, then when she did, I told here my name and that I had called in my order. She was very sharp with me and told me next time to let her know I was there at the speaker FIRST, before I drove up to the window. I asked why she was so miserable and pretty much just drove off.This is the second time I have gone there and ended up leaving. Two different employees, both very unhappy and no customer service skills at all! I am now going to Elite Nutrition, absolutely delicious and very friendly. The rude girl did me a favor, cuz I would not have had to find another place to get my smoothies.
