Attention to all customers if you are more than 5 inches from the speaker, they cannot hear you through drive-through.I made the mistake and was to far, so I disrupted The manager himself and he had to walk out to take my order. He said I was too far from the speaker and they cannot hear me and I was hogging up his line. ( with a whole lot of unnecessary attitude ) after taking my order, even after I felt uncomfortable he throws his hands up and shakes his head and says “ ugh these people” I usually love this place, but wow what the disrespect I received from the manager himself was shocking. Alejandro your service was so disappointing, thank you for not even apologizing, even when I had to see you again at the window and pay for my order. I will not be returning! I really hope my food is not tampered with because it is for my children. April 14th at 11:27am this is the lady from drive thru.I didn’t even receive my full order, but to sad to even go in and have them correct it. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

We did not have a good experience and the food was horrible! I been trying to find a decent Mexican food place we read the reviews and thought why not! They seem like it would be good. We walked in at first it seemed nice. When we were sat they brought us chips and salsa.well I’m all about a good salsa and that broke for me. They did not have any spicy or good flavor. But we seen other people plate coming out and thought or their food looks good why not. My wife order what they called the devil shrimp it’s supposed to be spicy and I ordered a cheese enchilada with beans and rice. Well my wife’s plate was not spicy at all and the flavor was not there we know how the plate is supposed to taste and no was there at all. My cheese enchilada was not good either i felt like I got a rolled up quesadilla with cheese on top no sauce. I took a bit and said nope. Then I tried the rice and beans, beans were decent but the rice was not good it was hard and did not taste like Mexican rice. I looked at my wife and both said no. So I called our sever which that was another thing he was not a good server we kept having to asked other serves that were around if we wanted anything. Finally I flagged him down asked for our checks and he gave it to us. Mind you we still had lots of food on our plates which are in the picture I’m posting and didn’t ask if we wanted our food to go or if everything was okay nothing. So we go up front to pay even the lady looked at our table and saw we left our plates pretty full but didn’t offer anything else or even ask us anything. She just took our payment and we went on our way. We paid for food we only took on on bite of. We were hungry but the food was gross and the service was horrible! We will definitely not be coming back. I could understand if maybe we ordered the wrong food they I would have maybe gave it another shot but the customer service was terrible!! I don’t understand how they have a 4.1 review!

Food was not good I got a carne asada/ biarra taco plate I paid 43$ that's insane for the amount of food I got and also for taste of it the tacos were dry and had no flavor in them. The carne I got a small piece and it was also dry as well so I not recommend

3/30/24. This might have been the best meal I've had at this restaurant. Beef enchilada were excellent. Except for a few times during the pandemic every visit to this restaurant has been great.This was my first visit. I had the beef fajitas. Great food. Good service. Inviting atmosphere. 7/9/22. I had to lower my rating. The service was a bit slow and the food has gone down hill some.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a tight fit for wheelchairs but it works out ok. Friendly staff is accommodating.

Nobody was hardly here and I asked for no veggies and they still didn't listen and it took over 30 mins for this sorry piece of carne asada. I would just have to make the extra drive a couple more minutes to go to the one in veterans. This place is straight trash
Let me start by saying that this place is so cute. The tables and booths as well as the chairs are individually designed. The waitresses were very friendly and well as very helpful when it came to recommendations. We ordered margaritas and the steak and chicken nachos. Chefs kiss! I didn't eat the jalapenos though. 5 stars across the board. Definitely will be returning.

The food is horrible who doesn't add seasoning to beans.The beans are blan. The chicken tacos meh.The chicken was dry had no taste at all.The service sucked.Salsa needed refill for our chips and our waitress took forever to refill.Didnt refill drinks .Service was horrible.Music was meh .The alcohol beverage was made very strong.The bartender I don't think he knows to make drinks very well.My fiance enchiladas were blan no taste at all either.

I ate here today and the food was terrible. First, time this ever happened. Chips were even stale. Service was not very good. Had to ask for a refill of drink. Got up to pay the bill, noone asked if everything was okay. In fact they were to busy talking to even acknowledge we were there. Definitely won't be back or suggest any else come back. By the way...I understand Spanish. Have a good weekend.

I've been coming to Taqueria since September 2019 and the food is excellent but the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the customer service and attitude of the workers especially drive thru employees needs improvement.A lot of times I don't feel appreciated or welcomed... As much money as I've spent at this restaurant you would think a valuable customer would get treated with the upmost respect.A lot of times I'm getting treated like I'm the enemy.Hopefully that changes in the near future.?Vegetarian options: Taqueria needs more vegetarian dishes.
