Logan's Roadhouse has some inconsistencies in their service and food quality. While the manager and waiter Rick showed attention to customer concerns, some dishes fell short. The old fashion whisky was poorly made, and the margarita tasted like lemon juice. The mesquite smoked Carolina shrimp was dry and lacked dipping sauce, and the mash potato seemed instant. However, the staff's friendly demeanor tries to make up for these shortcomings.
