Never again will I take my business to the subway on loop 499 their service sucks really bad worst employees ever I will be filling a report to corporate smh I ordered a chicken bacon ranch ft long they didn't put in the bacon or avocado I called about 7 times to let the employee know and they ignored my call everytime they answered once and the girl working there hung up on me they should really close this subway smh ??

Very unprofessional female worker with aqua colored glasses. Had an attitude taking orders and then told customers they didn’t have buffalo sauce but it was sitting over where she was eating lunch out on the floor.. never returning unfortunately!

I ordered online because I thought it was gonna be faster but noooo, they don’t check if there was any orders that came in, they just kept making orders for the people that would walk in, if I knew that I would not have ordered online, they need faster employees and need to be aware of online orders

I went in at 9:15 tonight and they were locked and closed already it says 9-10 on the doors.maybe they closed early I don't know
If you like stale cookies, this is your place! I've gone 3 times. I usually substitute the chips for cookies. Each time the cookies have been hard as a rock like they have been sitting outside all day! Not "fresh" at all like the company's slogan implies!

The customer service was horrible. There was only employee but he was super slow. He took like 15 minutes on making two sandwiches. Not only that but they were low on veggies in which he literally put two pickles on my sandwich instead of getting more. Never again

I see two people working the sandwich bar. As soon as I walk in I’m told I have to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich because they have online orders. What kind of service is this? Since when do online orders take priority over the actual customer standing right in front of them. Couldn’t one of them help me out while the other works the online orders? Keep in mind I was the only customer. Disappointed!

I would coming here because of how clean and nice the employees were but today was a horrible experience. When I went in there was trash on the floor and it seemed sticky. The employee was super rude and stated he could not sell to me because he ran out of parchment paper. I didn't get bothered because of the lack of product but instead the way he said it. He continued to say he could make it but not toast it. Which I normally do not toast my sanchwich so I was okay with. The wrapping process was horrible as well. Because he didn't have the correct size papers and when it came time to pay he charged me and went straight to back. I was struggling to get anything other then syrup in my cup and decided to just leave because I didn't know how to call him. I eneded up going to a gas station to get water for my syrup drink.
