“This subway has always done me right. Currently, the social distancing is in full effect. But, the attention to detail is exactly what you want when getting your sandwich or together. Anyways a good choice this subway is. The fact that it's tied to a gas station is a plus, not a minus.“
“I called all around town looking for at least 6 white chocolate chip cookies around 5pm. Just. The. White. chocolate. Cookies. Pregnancy cravings are reeaallll. No one had any and they all said they wouldn't make any more for the rest of the day. I called 5 stores and They all tried to sell me oatmeal raisin or Raspberry cheesecake cookies. I called this location, and the young man who answered the phone stated they had 4 left and graciously offered to make me more if needed. i drove all the way across town but they saved the day and had my cookies ready, and this preggo didn't end up in tears without her cookies. “Mobile ordered and they got my order wrong. First the guy working forgot the cookies, then the sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke to the manager Belinda who was pleasant and handled the mistake with grace. Went in to get my new sandwich and spoke to Sara over the phone and in person. She knows what she is doing and gave great customer service. She’s helped me before as well. I want Sara to make my sandwiches from now on. At least with her, I know she won’t get it wrong.“
“Subway is predictable most of the time. Which is good considering they are a franchise business, but the food is consistent. Workers are different of course from store to store, buy in general all the ones I've been to has fairly good staff. I've traveled a lot different times in life for work and find it convenient to be able to find Subways all over and not have to guess as to what I'm going to eat or how the food is going to be. Consistency is key and can't beat a $5 foot long to keep my travel budget low.“
