Mariah at the front counter was super-duper cool. She must have a Masters Degree in Customer Service because not only did we experience the greatness but I saw her in action with the other customers as well. The management team that was on duty were also so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Took my uncle to get a chicken sandwich. We got to the drive thru at 8pm, there was only 3 cars in lane A and 1 in lane B (I took this lane). First, the took like 5 min just to take our order, We ordered a #11 with onion rings and a vanilla shake, and a medium strawberry shake. 1st it took them like 10 min to come to the car to verify order and collect the payment.
