Overall the food was decent but definitely go to any other Whataburger. The fountain was not well stocked and neither were the other drinks. The speed of service was very poor too. Food was alright somethings like the chicken tasted like old oil and the burgers themselves weren't that good either.Skip this location and head to another instead.

This Whataburger is always so slow and Management doesn’t seem to care. The estimated wait times are ridiculous as they are always behind at least by 15 minutes. The fries are always cold, soggy, and they are never salted. It’s such a disappointment expecting to get the Whataburger taste and constantly being let down by long wait times and inaccurate orders. The whole reason why an order is placed online is so that you can have an estimated wait time and as I said earlier, I always receive my order at least 15 minutes later than what promised to me. I thought this was supposed to be fast food. I’d rather drive another 15 minutes to another Whataburger. Management really needs help here and this Whataburger has been lacking for years now.if u want ur burger done right and fast just spend a little more for Freddy’s. I never have any issues there!!!!

I like hamburgers but I don't recommend it for someone who is in a hurry or hungry, especially if they have half an hour of lunch, because; The service is too long, 15min to 20min. But within what fits, very Tasty. ? ??

Look I’m not one to ever leave reviews but this place is just absolutely WEAK. Took about 8 straight times of coming here waiting over 25 mins for food every time is ridiculous with very few cars ahead.

This place is ridiculous. Not sure if this review would even matter as management there showed absolutely zero concern.Just spent 25 minutes of my 30 min lunch waiting in line. There was literally only 4 cars ahead of me. Not sure what was going on but it appeared there was a mess up with an order. And instead of asking the customer to pull forward to address the issue. They literally put the entire line at an over 20 minute stand still. Then tried to hand me my order that was probably cold from sitting there while they remade the guys order in front of me. I declined the food and drove off. Not only did I not get lunch. I was late back to work because of this failure of a system and lack of care for its customers.Either:The staff is not trained properly on how to handle issues like this. (Fault lies at management)The manager is not trained properly on how to handle the drive thru and folds under pressure.Or they simply just do not care and have adapted this culture of treating customer horribly. In the end we do not need whataburger, whataburger needs us. This idea of spitting on customers who are willing to spend their hard earned money and supporting your livelihood, is not only outdated but severely misses the mark on today's customer service.I cannot and will not ever reccomend this poorly ran whataburger to anyone.
