“I had never written a Google review of any place before. I must write one for the first time. As a customer for the past two years, I have to say that this place never fails to impress me. All of the staff members there are amazing and extremely friendly. The cozy atmosphere and their delicious drinks made it the perfect spot to study. I always go here to study almost every week. My favorite things to order are peach tea and Cheese Danish. If you want a top-notch coffee experience, I highly recommend this coffee shop.“

“I walked in mid-morning and was the only person in the store so the ice creams were stored up somewhere and I didn’t see any other donuts on display, but it didn’t matter because the young female employee was glad to explain. I ordered 6 vanilla drizzled minis which were made right there on the spot. They have a deep fryer placed forward so you can watch the process and everything comes out warm and crispy and at just the right size so that your eyes can’t oversize your tummy. Well done with a cool set of well placed onlooking llamas who also make an interesting on the wall art work. I enjoyed it very much as well as my coffee which was entirely palatable as is not the case in every nearby shop. ;-) Many thanks.“

“Adorable little coffee shop. An original farm house converted into a quaint coffee shop. I meet here semi regularly for a one on one Bible study. The bacon quiche is my favorite!In addition to a small breakfast selection and coffee, most all of the decor pieces are sort sell in the shop. “My wife and I decided that we would try this place. We ordered a steak and chicken combo with fried rice and vegetables. We split it and I'm glad we did because these are huge portions. The steak was very tender and good and the chicken was done just right. I think next time will do half-and-half on the rice and the noodles. Everything looks good from the pictures on the wall. “This is a very nice Starbucks location that has been open for a few months now, I've only been a few times (always order ahead on the app) but have always had my order made by the time I arrived and always am greeted by the staff, they are very kind. I'm a little surprised any of the times I've been they haven't seemed very busy, so I'm not sure if I just haven't gone during peak times (today I picked them up just before 7:30am and there were only a couple other orders ready for pickup and a few people ordering / sitting in person. But I can understand it not receiving the same draw as other Starbucks because I think it's possible a lot of people aren't aware it's open yet (I didn't visit for the first time until probably July and that was only because I I could see on my app that my local Starbucks was out of what I wanted). It's very nice and clean and as 170 continues to be a more and more utilized highway, it's convenient for those who do not want to go all the way to the other side of 35 for the Westport Starbucks.“

They have li'l snacks there that can help you till your next meal.Parking: It's in a tight spot right near a Murphy's so you'd actually have to park at Murphy's or beside it if you want to walk up.“

I went in today and I was empty. No one greeted or welcomed me. Customer service is something that has to practice with all employees no matter the day. However, the staff were young and kind when taking and prepping my order. I said hello when I was about to order and the guy who took my order said nothing. I thank them for my receipt and order and nothing.“

“Natalie! You did the damn thing. I left the drive thru at Dunkin Next door due to their rude service and lack of wanting to assist in anyway. But I digress. I tell you that my one request is that you treat me with a little bit more respect than the neighboring coffee establishment. You went above and beyond and the best part is I do not doubt you would have been just as nice had I not mentioned what happened 5 minutes prior. I actually gave Natalie a few likes and dislikes to help create a coffee for my boyfriend and he loved it. She was so patient and full of smiles. She was more than apologetic for the other company and I told her no need because her little spirit just made our day. My original thought for going to Dunkin was that they are cheaper in some ways but I will always pay more and even drive further for customer service. Thank you Starbucks for not only setting standards for your hiring expectations but also you must have the appropriate training and higher expectations for the service your company provides. I saw that this past Saturday and far as I am concerned this location has won over 2 customers for life❤️“

I’m a nurse and work 12+ hour shifts with few breaks- I really depend on my morning coffee and breakfast.
