Best dang BBQ in the world. The flavor and hospitality at hill country is unmatched. Usually I sauce up my bbq but the brisket didn’t need anything. Dan is the man and was happy to show us around the pit
DELICIOUS! Great service, food was perfect! The girl that waited on us was super sweet! No photos because it was all gone before we thought about it. But it looked as good as it tasted.

I would say BBQ restaurants have evolved a lot, especially in the last 10 years. It is becoming harder and harder to find one that sticks to good ole' fashion pit BBQ where the beef is solely allowed to shine. Come to this place if you know what I'm talking about. I had a sampler of ribs, sausage, and brisket. Smoke rings were spot on, ribs had a nice pull and the wonderful irregular texture that true Texas ribs should have.
