What a nice surprise! We were on the fence about where to get dinner in Hico. We decided to try BarbaCelli’s. So delicious! The mozzarella sticks had a nice crispy breading and cheesy center and perfect sauce. Our pizzas were perfect, I got margarita and my husband got pepperoni. Perfect char on the crust, maybe had a bit of Parmesan. It was so tasty especially after a day of hiking at Inks Lake! The employees were so nice and we could actually have a conversation in the restaurant. We will go back!

Service was okay but drinks are 3 dollars for a 16 oz cup that’s high and the salads are 10 dollars and not that big also I got a kids pizza that was raw and two salads and 2 dinks it cost me over 45

6 wings1 Bee Sting PizzaJohn David (Jon?), greeted me. We chatted. Good people. Drove home and munched on two wings in the car and a slice. Delicious. I don’t support unneeded hyperbole, and these were the best wings (to my preferred style) I’ve had. If you like roasted garlic, no breading, lightly fried skin, sizable and no fat, and Parmesan sprinkled at the end, hello? Great on their own. No sauce needed. They throw in a couple regardless, your choice. A kiss of their spicy ranch puts you on the right path.As for the pizza: six stone fired slices. Perfect char on the thin crust, hot honey, basil, quality sausage, cherry tomato halves, etc. Praise be. My last-minute pick up order and Jon (John?) David’s interpersonal skills and the Smith’s playing in the restaurant sealed the deal. Customer for my new Texas life. Give her a shot.

Not a fan of the pizza lately. The past two times I've eaten there, the pizza has been way too soggy in the middle. I prefer an all-over crisp crust.

My husband and our friends stopped in here today for lunch. Unlike another review I read for this restaurant... they were extremely quick with all of our food and it was served to us all at one time which kept the food nice and hot!! They gave us lots of plates ,napkins, and things like that we needed. The food and service was great and very affordable too!! We will be definitely be back.

Delicious wood fired food; highly recommend the brushitta. All their selections are great. They also offer gift cards which is a great gift this time of the year.

Stopped while passing through town and definitely a hidden gem. Owners take pride in their craft; everything from service to food was way beyond your average restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful! We got the roasted garlic and mushroom pizza, and the Calabrian Buffalo wings (extra crispy) and everything was perfect. We love 2 hours way and would come back!
